as baffling to Americans regarding how our government is handling,
or rather not handling, the illegal immigration/border control
situation here, is Israel's leaders continuing to think giving up
more of their land will appease the Palestinian Authority and
terrorist organizations and nations that are calling for Israel's
destruction!Israel's new Prime Minister, Ehud Olmert's new government is more liberal than Israel has had in years, and Olmert says he "intends to draw Israel's final borders by 2010 and pull out from parts of the West Bank as well." Read more of the story here.
I don't get it. Israel has continually given up more and more land and still their enemy is not satisfied. What makes them think things will change when conditions remain the same?
