Capitulator-In-Chief

November 21, 2008

President-elect Obama has stated fervently that he intends to "close Guantanamo" in order to "...

regain America's moral stature in the world."

This not only points to a stunning ignorance (where would we hold such deadly thugs)--but also demonstrably underscores Obama's unbridled willingness to garner world approval.

Let's review one poignant fact: Thirty-six former Guantanamo detainees have gone on to engage in jihad against the West.

If our future president zealously believes that in order to reclaim "America's moral stature" he must shut down a facility that holds the very creatures that seek to behead us--then perhaps

(on Inauguration Day) he should be crowned
Capitulator-in-Chief.

Friend Of Israel? Durban II Will Tell

November 20, 2008

In April of 2009, the Durban Review of the United Nations World Conference Against Racism is scheduled to take place in Geneva, Switzerland. Will it be a repeat of the anti-Semitic forum known as the United Nations Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance, held in Durban, South Africa in 2001? Well the Durban II Outcome Document was just released...and guess what...the 'love-fest' continues.

The outcome document is replete with atrocious demonizations of the Jewish State and the West. According to Eye On The UN, The Durban II Outcome Document is "The latest effort in fomenting anti-Semitism, delegitimizing the Jewish state, defeating the effort to end terrorism, destroying free speech and manufacturing Muslim victims of Western human rights atrocities."

But now the question is: Will Obama join the 'festivities' or stand with Israel?

Durban II is being run by some of the most bigoted, anti-Semitic countries on the face of the globe. Who's the Vice-Chair of the Bureau of the Preparatory Committee responsible for planning Durban II? Why Iran, of course (who's the Chair, Satan?). C'mon, does it get more hateful than that?

The US, under Bush, has done right...they walked out of the original Durban conference, and concerning Durban II they've stated, "We will not participate unless it is proven that the conference will not be used as a platform for anti-Semitic behavior." Will Obama follow suit and boycott it as Israel and Canada have already determined to do? Or will he placate his many radical Islamic supporters and do what he did in his church of 20 years, play Alfred E. Newman (mascot of Mad Mag.) to the venal discourse?

The evidence, prior to the conference, is there for all to see. Will a President Obama defy his barbaric base and stand with our only ally in the Middle East?

Durban II will tell...

Clearly Laughable

November 19, 2008

During a recent "60 Minutes" interview-- Present-elect Obama squawked that he would: "stamp out al Qaeda once and for all."

In all due candor--the statement is clearly laughable.

Why? Because Obama (even after bin Laden himself disclosed it in a communiqué) still refuses to acknowledge that Iraq is the central front in the war against al Qaeda. A war--which according to all reliable and factual accounts--has dealt a profoundly brutal blow to the terror organization's infrastructure.

Memo to Mr. Obama: You cannot "stamp out" the enemy if you refuse to recognize the central battlefield on which they have chosen to fight.

Clearly laughable.

Oh, The Stench

November 18, 2008

The acrid stench of Oslo (land for peace) still hangs over Israel. The failed peace process--which was supposed to produce unbridled harmony between Israel and the Palestinians--ended in bloodshed.

To state the facts is chilling: During the process (1993-1999) over 4,0000 terrorist attacks were perpetrated on the Jewish State by Palestinians resulting in 1,000 Israel fatalities. This, of course--can be attributed to the intractable mindset of the Palestinians: Israel must be driven into the sea.

The "peace now" attitude of the interlocutors (US State Department, EU, etc.) represents the pinnacle of delusional thinking. For it totally dismisses the fact that the Palestinians avidly hold to the belief that Israel does not have the right to exist.

Thus, it has never been about land for peace--but rather the total annihilation of Israel.

During a recent memorial in Ramallah (marking the four year anniversary since Yasser Arafat's death) this intractable mindset was once again made manifest. Speaking to a raucous crowd, Palestinian Authority president Mahmoud Abbas stated: "The Palestinian leadership will continue to follow Arafat's path until a Palestinian State with Jerusalem as its capital is established... The path of the shahids--Arafat, George Habash and Sheikh Ahmed Yassin--is the path that we cherish..."

Lest we forget: The path of Arafat, Habash and Yassin was never about land for peace--but rather death to Israel. And to think otherwise is pathological madness.

Oh, the stench.

Tel Aviv *Tsuris

November 17, 2008

About two weeks ago, while musing the situation between Iran's rhetoric and Israel's national security, I began to be concerned about the safety of Tel Aviv...

Tel Aviv has a population of 3.15 mil. It is Israel's economic core, home of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, as well as numerous corporate offices and research and development centers.

A prime target for jihadists.

Now this week, news sources reported that Iran test-fired dozens of missiles, including the Shahab-3 that is capable of reaching Israel...more specifically, Tel Aviv.

My concerns confirmed...

So, should Israel take action? Is the rhetoric coming out of Iran something that should alarm the Jewish State?

The answer: Unequivocally yes.

According to Shiite Islam, apocalyptic chaos must be created in the world in order to pave the way for the Islamic messiah, the 12th Imam, known as the Mahdi. This motivation is far different than that of past anti-Semites like Hitler and his henchmen. This mindset is religiously motivated and has a fervency not seen in the Nazis, because these followers are willing to die for their god, Allah....while eliminating the Jews.

With that understood, it is no surprise that Ahmadinejad has been ranting plans to destroy Israel. In his address to world leaders at the U N General Assembly on September 23rd, he said Israel “is on a definite slope to collapse, and there is no way for it to get out of the cesspool created by itself and its supporters.”

Is Israel taking all of this seriously? Will they, for their sake and the sake of the West, attack Iran's nuclear facilities? I don't think they have a choice...aside from the fact that the IDF has already conducted military exercises in preparation for this...which they do not do for sport...they realize that Iran's Mullahs are taking careful aim at the Jewish State...this time with weaponry that will truly reach their commerce hub...and a large segment of their population.

I suggest watching the news in the next few weeks...we just might see a puff of smoke coming out of the former Persian empire. Israel will be condemned, as usual...but the world will clandestinely exhale a sigh of relief.

Shalom.

*Tsuris - trouble, distress.

Our Economic Future Depends On It

November 14, 2008

Given the state of consternation our economy is in, it would not only be nonsensical, but utterly treacherous for Barack H. Obama to act on his liberal leanings by hindering free-trade.

This, of course, is a major concern given the fact that Obama has genuflected at the altar of Union Chieftains and their hordes who stridently oppose all free-trade (especially NAFTA).

In a recent column, US trade representative Susan C. Schawb opined: "Open and competitive markets, expanded trade, and increased investment and capital flows are essential to economic growth.  Accordingly, leaders must resist the temptation to turn inward, and instead should be opening markets and removing trade distortions."

Again, given the disquieting state of our economy--it would be agonizingly injurious to hamper free-trade.

Let's hope Obama eschews the enemies of free-trade by seeking to further advance global commerce.

Our economic future depends on it.

It's Wise To Keep Our Eyes Across The Pond

November 13, 2008

Whether most Americans want to acknowledge it or not, Muslim nations now have a friend in and favor with our president-elect.

Is this bad?

Beyond the obvious concern for our national security, there is a greater plan at hand here...and now jihadists have the advantage. To understand this by example, all we need do is take a look at our cousins across the pond...

According to Robert Spencer of Jihad Watch, at a recent conference of Islamic leaders in London, the forum coordinator Anjem Choudary stated, “It is our religious obligation to prepare ourselves both physically and mentally and rise up against Muslim oppression and take what is rightfully ours. Jihad is a duty and a struggle and an obligation that lies upon the shoulders of us all. We will not rest until the flag of Allah and the flag of Islam is raised above 10 Downing Street.” Choudary continued, “There are three types of Muslims,” he said: “those in prison, those of us that are on our way [to prison] and non-practicing Muslims. Brothers and sisters, if you do not fear your home being raided by the Kufar [infidel] police, you are not enforcing the Sharia.”

So what exactly does this have to do with us?

Well, according to Frank J. Gaffney Jr. in his piece, Yes, They Can ... Impose Sharia Law, the Saudis (exporters of Wahhabism) and their friends want the United States to join other nations (principally in Europe) who have adapted themselves to Sharia. Oh, the Saudis claim it's just fiscal in nature, but they count on the ignorance of the infidels (that's us). Their paltering offer conveniently avoids the fact that Islam is both a political and religious system...and the two cannot be divided. (And I forgot to mention...they're permitted to lie to infidels [from the Hadith: Bukhari (84:64-65)] for the benefit of Islam...a small detail.)

The devil's in the details, but we're merely reading the headlines. We've had the snooze button on for way too long...this wake-up call is critical.

And if we choose to snooze...we just may wake up in keffiyehs and burqas...if we are able to wake up at all.

Feckless Notion

November 12, 2008

Barack Hussein Obama's feckless notion (to meet with despots without any preconditions) came from one of his most trusted foreign-policy advisors, Robert Malley.

Malley--whose father was a prominent figure in the Egyptian Communist Party--has often castigated our government for not engaging in dialogue with some of the Mideast's most

nefarious characters: "Today the U.S. does not talk to Iran, Syria, Hamas, the elected Palestinian government or Hezbollah….The result has been a policy with all the appeal of a moral principle and all the effectiveness of a tired harangue."

Moreover, Mr. Malley has stridently opined that in order for peace to be brokered between Israel and Syria, the US must pressure the Jewish state to relinquish the strategically imperative Golan Heights.

Feckless notion, indeed.

Kristallnacht: The Harbinger Of Hatred

November 10, 2008

Jews all over the world memorialize a solemn occasion Nov. 9-10: Kristallnacht (Night of Broken Glass, literally "Crystal Night").

This was the fruition of years of vicious, unchallenged anti-Semitic speech emanating from the heart of Deutschland. It was more than a tragic and hostile act perpetrated by miscreants of a loathsome ideology. It was a precursor of the catastrophe to come. A premeditated plan of genocide that destroyed even those who attempted to hinder its progress and eventual goal.

The poignancy of this remembrance at this point in history should be apparent. The rhetoric emanating out of the Islamic State of Iran is chillingly similar to the Third Reich. Similar because Hitler consulted leaders of Islam (i.e. the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem Al Husseini) for his 'final solution' for the 'Jewish problem'. And now, this same and ever more blatant venal verbosity is being ignored or eschewed as fringe lunacy.

But it couldn't be more sober in its intent...

If we take history with a grain of sobriety...we will take Iran's threats and promises to be reliable. Are Ahmadinejad's rants purposeful or playful? Their unyielding pursuit of nuclear weapons development should answer that question.

Do we really need another Kristallnacht to remind us that those who feed on a daily fare of hate, will eventually take that hatred to its expected end?

For the sake of Jerusalem...and for free people everywhere...I pray not.

Shalom.

Adored By The Throngs...And Our Enemies

November 7, 2008

Sadly the 18-29 age group wasn't the only demographic that longed to see Barack Hussein Obama elected. Manifestly the jihadists also had a deep and abiding desire to see the Messiah exulted.

Ahmed Yussef--high ranking official of the Islamo-terror organization Hamas--opined that Obama's election offered America a "chance for a change, after his predecessor, George W. Bush destroyed relations with the external world."

Yussef added that Obama would forfeit the chance unless he capitulated and altered "United States strategy not only in Palestine, but also in Iraq and Afghanistan."

Barack Hussein Obama: Adored by the throngs longing to see him elected--including our sworn enemies.

The Presidency Israel Feared

November 6, 2008

With the sad turn of events...the US election of a Marxist with connections to myriad terrorist factions and States....Israel has much to fear...

Why? Because President elect Obama has had a record of alliances with the enemies of Israel, including Rashid Khalidi, Dr. Al-Mansour, Hamas and Hezbollah, to name a few (as if one isn't hideous enough).

But it doesn't stop there...he has spoken out of both sides of his mouth concerning the dividing of Jerusalem. At an AIPAC meeting in the spring, he insisted that Jerusalem "must remain undivided," but when the 'palestinians' erupted into anger he flipped and stated, "Well, obviously, it’s going to be up to the parties to negotiate a range of these issues. And Jerusalem will be part of those negotiations."

Hey, I have confidence in this man's word, how 'bout you?

But these alliances and statements are not as alarming as his ostensibly ignorant position on Iran (although he has since flipped due to a  backlash). He believes Iran is a "tiny" country and "doesn't pose a serious threat"...hmm...A "tiny" country...with a BIG mushroom cloud capacity. (What form of the word 'idiot' should I use here?)

And be sure, Israel is on their target list first and foremost...the Mullahs, through Ahmadinejad, have made this unequivocal. Oh, and don't be fooled...we're not on their Christmas card list either...they've recently threatened the US with suicide bombers.

Our only friend and ally in the Middle East has a new and pernicious peril to bear: The new pro-Arab administration of Barack Obama.

G-d help them...

Shalom.

Obama's "Dawn Of Justice"

November 4, 2008

Here's a chilling thought: Barack Hussein Obama doesn't believe in the maxim Justice is Blind.

Think I'm kidding?

While addressing a group of Howard University students Obama opined: "We have certain sentences that are based less on the kind of crime you commit than on what you look like."

He also added that: "It's time to seek a new dawn of justice."

Obama has long advocated that his ideal Supreme Court Justice would be one that empathizes with poor, unwed African-American females, urban street thugs, pimps and drug dealers.

Manifestly, Obama's "dawn of justice" is aimed at replacing our current criminal justice system (which is based solely on the rule of law) with a new race-based system where skin color trumps all.

In other words: Justice will no longer be blind, but biased.

Chilling thought.

Points To Ponder Before The Polls

November 3, 2008

This is it...mere hours before we choose the next leader of the free world. My question is: Are you equipped to cast that vote?

Sen. John McCain has been on the scene for a while and his record and alliances have been available for all to see. But what of the Democrat opponent? What do you really know of him?

How can one properly judge a man's character in order to entrust him with greater responsibility? Examine his record. What he has done, with whom he has made alliances and to what causes he has given his support.

So, in case you missed some of these facts, here they are again for you to tuck away in your mind and ponder as you approach the polls:

Just one of these alliances should cause you and I to take pause about entrusting the most critical job in the free world to a man exhibiting this type of vacuous and pernicious judgment...for his own personal expediency.

This is truly the most crucial decision we have ever had to make for the sake of our republic...let's make the Founder's proud...and keep their experiment safe...and free!
