Futile Games Can End Deadly For The Innocent

July 31, 2008

If we didn't get it by now (which I believe we have), here it is: Iran will not give up on the advancement of their nuclear program.

Get out...really?

In a recent sermon, referring to stepping back from the nuclear path, Iran’s supreme ruler Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said, “If Iran takes one step back, the arrogant powers in the world would take one step forward.”

In other words, 'No Way Ray'!

Let's face it, these pernicious Persian princes plan to wipe out Israel, and do some deep damage to the US (or as they refer to us 'The Great Satan').

All of our diplomatic rhetoric, promises and threats (coming from politicos) mean bupkiss to these mad Mullahs. The only sound they will understand is one that goes BOOM!

We need to stop these futile diplomacy games, because the innocent, who are not permitted a game piece, are the ones who will lose.

Shalom.

Beware

July 30, 2008

Beware of narcissistic, self-inflated politicians who venture abroad using the term "global citizen."

Why? Because it is a euphemistic phrase meaning

the UN, WTO and other tyrannical world bodies trump our national sovereignty. It's a slick way of saying "America will surrender its autonomy to the dictates of UN bureaucrats and their Marxist lapdogs."

Beware!

On The Surge: Dead Wrong

July 29, 2008

Here's the bottom line: On the most critical issue of our time (the Surge) Barack Hussein Obama was dead wrong.

On the night President Bush announced the troop increase, Obama shrilled "I am not persuaded that 20,000 additional troops in Iraq are going to solve the sectarian violence there. In fact, I think it will do the reverse."

The 'community organizer's' profound lack of foreign policy experience and military acumen has been demonstrably glaring. By all accounts the Surge has been an enormous success--and as a result---sectarian violence is way down.

Obama on the Surge: Dead wrong.

Divided Or Undivided? Obama Answers Yes!

July 28, 2008

Perhaps one of the most distasteful things about politicians is their inability, in many cases, to take a stand. One stand, on one issue. And recently, this was demonstrated by the 'man who would be king' on his world tour...

Back in June, speaking to a crowd of 7,000-strong at the annual conference for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) in DC, B. Hussein Obama gave a nod to Israel's need for secure borders. He used the words included that Jerusalem "must" remain the "undivided" capital of the Jewish state.

His exact words, "Let me be clear...Jerusalem will remain the capital of Israel, and it must remain undivided."

Well, that was clear, right?

Not so fast...more recently, as he approached the meeting with Abbas in Ramallah he clarified, "You know, the truth is that this was an example where we had some poor phrasing in the speech. And we immediately tried to correct the interpretation that was given. The point we were simply making was, is that we don't want barbed wire running through Jerusalem, similar to the way it was prior to the '67 war, that it is possible for us to create a Jerusalem that is cohesive and coherent."

Huh?

So which is it? Should Jerusalem be Divided? Undivided? Well according to the candidate who wants to "be clear," the answer is: Yes!

Take that one in the voting booth with you.

Pelosi's Socialist Utopia: Closer Than You Think

July 25, 2008

Do you really think hardened liberals like Nancy Pelosi care if gas is over 4 bucks a gallon?

Not one damn bit!

Look, Pelosi and her ilk want nothing more than to morph America into a Socialist Utopia. And what better way to do it than to force the citizenry (due to record high oil prices) from their cars and into public transportation.

This would be on huge step toward developing a nanny state where the 'peasants' must rely on big brother to get around.

Pelosi's Socialist Utopia: Closer than you think.

First Kuntar, Now Barghouti: Is There A Death Wish Here?

July 24, 2008

It's times like this that make me wonder if I'm living in an alternate universe...

This past week, the Israeli gov't released a man who got his jollies crushing the head of 4-year-old little girl...in front of her father, in exchange for the bodies of 2 Israeli soldiers.

As much as I can truly sympathize with the families of those soldiers, this exchange created a greater danger for innocent Israelis. The swap was a compromise with people who consider such concession weakness to be victimized.

The gov't is now about to release 'Palestinian' leader Marwan Barghouti, sentenced to five consecutive life terms plus 40 years, for the murder of 5 civilians (acquitted of 33 more for lack of direct evidence), through terrorist bombings. The gov't is planning to exchange this monster for Gilad Shalit.

This villain is a ' leader' and will surely help organize many more terrorist bombings of innocents.

Is there a death wish here? These 'swaps' are equivalent to kick-me signs (or rather, kill-me signs) to salivating Jihadists.

The Israeli gov't ostensibly has not seen the error of its ways. They cannot (or will not) see the death train coming. But tragically...innocent Israelis soon will.

Shalom.

The Warrior Mentality: No More

July 23, 2008

In a culture fixated on diplomacy, dialogue, multiculturalism and extending constitutional rights to Islamo-terrorists—whatever happened to the warrior mentality?

Yes, the good old warrior mentality that stated “I’m proud to be an American” and “I rejoice at violent and bloody demise of our enemies.” You remember (before the advent of political correctness) when we publicly bestowed accolades on our troops for killing the savage hordes that sought our destruction.

Sadly, we have shunned this mentality in favor of hyper-appeasement in order to gratify UN and EU bureaucrats.

The warrior mentality: No more.

If He Continues, He'll Lose

July 22, 2008

John McCain is at his best (and most poignant)

when he discusses the Iraq war and off-shore drilling. (After all, McCain called for the wildly successful Surge--while Barack Hussein Obama poo-pooed it.)

Unfortunately, the senator from Arizona spends

endless hours talking about the evils of Global Warming. In fact, at times--he sounds like the portly high priest of climate change, Al Gore.

And, as long as McCain continues down this green path of junk science, hyperbole and fearmongering--he will alienate the people he needs most come November: Conservatives.

Message Sent, Message Received

July 21, 2008

As I mentioned recently, prisoner swaps send the wrong message to terrorists. As long as Israel continues to involve itself with these depraved deals, Hezbollah (and their ilk) will continue to kidnap and kill.

My proof? According to DEBKAfile, deputy secretary-general of Hezbollah, Sheikh Naim Kassem, stated that abductions of more Israeli soldiers would not be ruled out “in order to achieve the organization’s goals.”

What are their goals? 1) The necessity of the destruction of Israel; 2) The establishment of an Islamic state in Lebanon and over Jerusalem.

With all due respect and compassion for the Regev and Goldwasser families, this recent swap was another pernicious act which has further endangered Israelis.

The message to terrorists worldwide: Terrorism works. Message sent. Message received.

Unquestionably Post-American

July 18, 2008

We are witnessing the first post-American presidential campaign in US history. Barack Hussein Obama's antipathy for his country is chillingly obvious.

Think I'm kidding?

At a recent La Raza confab, the senator from Illinois stridently stated that Immigration agents (ICE) are "terrorizing" the immigrant community.

So, let me get this straight: By enforcing existing immigration laws, ICE is now (in Obama's opinion)

a terrorist organization?

From Rev. Wright to Bill Ayers to bashing ICE,

Barack Hussein Obama is unquestionably post-American.

Prisoner Swaps Send Wrong Message

July 17, 2008

Muslims have contempt for weakness and have respect for strength. Compromise is viewed, in Muslim eyes, as weakness. So when Israel negotiates with terrorists, such as Hezbollah...it is viewed as weakness. They see weakness as defeat, which translates into victory for them.

Case in point...the current prisoner swap, includes one of Israel's most heinous terrorist prisoners, Samir Kuntar. Kuntar is a Lebanese Druse serving 4 life sentences for the 1979 deaths of Danny Haran, 28, his two daughters, 4-year-old Einat and 2-year old Yael, and the murder of police officer Eliahu Shahar in Nahariya. Kuntar either bashed 4 yr. old Einat's head in with a rifle butt, or smashed her against a rock in front of her unarmed father, just before shooting him to death at close-range. The terrorists will be swapped in return for kidnapped IDF soldiers Eldad Regev and Ehud Goldwasser.

So...how does Hezbollah view this exchange?

In typical Muslim style, Hezbollah's commander in south Lebanon, Sheik Nabil Kaouk, declared that the prisoner exchange proves Israel's “humiliating failure in confronting the resistance militarily and politically.”

In other words, Israel admits defeat.

And that's not all. They're planning a party. Hezbollah members have set up a "triumphal arch" near the Rosh Hanikra (Naquora) crossing, the place where the exchange is scheduled to occur. The yellow arch is decorated with pictures of the dead Hezbollah leader Imad Mugniyah---who was responsible for the death of 241 US Marines in 1983.

Prisoner swaps send the wrong message to terrorists. It speaks defeat and weakness, which is dangerous for all Israelis. As long as Israel continues to deal with these devils, they will continue to kidnap and kill.

Shalom.

Goodbye Gospel: Hello Big Government

July 16, 2008

Make no mistake: The religious left genuflects at the altar of big government.

Organizations like the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) are seeking to replace the Gospel with taxpayer funded social programs aimed at eradicating poverty, disease and famine. They have forsaken the biblical, salvation message in favor of preaching about the danger global warming poses to the world’s environment.

Sadly, though the Bible is far more direct concerning the sanctity of life than the environment--the religious left has stridently shunned the abortion issue. I guess a few melting glaciers, nervous polar bears and edgy penguins are far more important than 50 million dead babies.

Goodbye Gospel: Hello big government.

Lethal Liberal

July 15, 2008

Let's shovel through the 'you know what' and get right to it: Barack Hussein Obama's visceral  reaction to the poignant issues of the day is what truly matters.

Take Iran for instance, the senator's initial gut reaction was chilling: The Islamic Republic poses no threat. Later on, of course (out of sheer political expediency) he toughened his rhetoric.

This visceral reaction clearly demonstrates that Obama (like Jimmy Carter) does not understand the ominous world we live in.  Thus, making him a lethal liberal.

Obama's gut reaction: What truly matters.

Forget Bomb-Belts: Beware The EMP Attack

July 14, 2008

Aside from another airline terrorist attack, more and more American's are concerned about the type of attacks seen all too often on the streets of Israel: Jihadists donning bomb-belts. But there is something far more terrifying than an explosive accessory lurking out there...

According to WND.com, top scientist William R. Graham (chairman of the Commission to Assess the Threat to the United States from Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) Attack and the former national science adviser to Reagan) testified before the House Armed Services Committee presenting a sobering report on "one of a small number of threats that can hold our society at risk of catastrophic consequences."

What is an EMP attack (aka blackout bomb)? According to top scientists and reported in the WashingtonPost.com by Sen. Jon Kyle, an EMP can occur when "a single Scud missile, carrying a single nuclear weapon, detonated at the appropriate altitude, would interact with the Earth's atmosphere, producing an electromagnetic pulse radiating down to the surface at the speed of light. Depending on the location and size of the blast, the effect would be to knock out already stressed power grids and other electrical systems across much or even all of the continental United States, for months if not years."

Who would it affect? According to the Commission to Assess the Threat to the U.S. from Electromagnetic Pulse Attack, "it would not harm people initially, like a traditional nuclear bomb, it would affect communication systems, computers, electrical appliances, and automobile and aircraft ignition systems, pacemakers or other electrical implants. The pulse would wipe out most electronics and telecommunications, including the power grid. Millions could die for want of modern medical care or even of starvation since farmers wouldn't be able to harvest crops and distributors wouldn't be able to get food to supermarkets."

Our lives would come to a screeching halt.

We would be thrown back to the stone age...like most in Muslim countries...but not by our choice. (Perhaps that's what is in the minds of the terrorists. That would make forced conversions much easier!)

And millions worldwide would die, who depend upon the help of the US.

Is our country ready for such a catastrophe? Well, of course NOT!

Bomb-belts or EMP attacks? One kills a few at a time, the other millions very slowly.

Not a pretty menu.

Jordan Proves: Islam And Free Speech Incompatible

July 11, 2008

In the West, we know and appreciate our rights, especially our freedom of speech. It's our right to express any opinion publicly without censorship or restraint by the government. But in Islamic countries...this right cannot and will not ever materialize...and recently...Jordan proved it.

A Jordanian court has summoned twelve European citizens to respond to criminal charges of blasphemy and inciting hatred...against Islam. According to FrontpageMag.com, among the summoned is Geert Wilders, a Dutch liberal politician who released in March, the anti-Islamist film, Fitna. The Dutch MP’s work caused pandemonium in Islamic countries. Why? Because it likened Islam to violence. And now the Jordanian court intends to prosecute Wilders for this so-called crime.

Imagine how many would be prosecuted in the US for insulting Christianity and Judaism? We don't have enough room in our prisons...or in the case of a Middle Eastern punishment for this "crime"...we don't have enough chopping blocks.

I wish it were so, but for those of us who understand what Islam 'preaches'...there is no room for freedom of speech in Islam's draconian dictates...and if adhered to...there will never be.

Shalom.

A Strong Caveat

July 10, 2008

Barack Hussein Obama wants to bring people of faith together. But this comes with a strong caveat: You better support abortion on demand and same sex marriage.

You see, Obama is an unabashed member of the religious left which defends Roe, gay rights and a host of other immoral practices that are clearly antithetical to Biblical Christianity.

Truth be told, the senator from Illinois is only interested in bringing together those who share his leftist view points. He simply cannot tolerate

(nor desires to be in the presence of) traditionalists that see abortion and same sex marriage as an affront to their moral sensibilities.

A strong caveat.

Legally Obligated

July 9, 2008

Let's stop with euphemistic BS: People that enter our country illegally are not 'undocumented

immigrants'--they are illegal aliens. And despite the mushy musings of John McCain (that we must exhibit "humanitarian responsibility" when dealing with these individuals) our nation is under violent assault.

Our government has a constitutional mandate to protect its citizenry from any and all foreign invasions. In short: Washington has a "humanitarian responsibility" to guard the taxpayers from the pernicious onslaught of foreign invaders.

And with over 25 million illegal aliens currently in the country--it clearly constitutes an invasion.

It's high time that our government exhibit a little humanitarianism toward those it is legally and morally obligated to protect: We the people.

Obama's Lurch: Two-Faced

June 8, 2008

Puhleez, Barack Hussein Obama's lurch toward patriotism is highly disingenuous. This guy has more associations with anti-American zealots than Harry Belafonte.

Remember the soaring accolades he proffered

about Jeremiah Wright's successor: "The young pastor, Rev. Otis Moss, is a wonderful young pastor."

But, as we soon discovered--Moss (when questioned about his predecessors opinion

that AIDS was developed by the US government in order to eradicate blacks) is yet another anti- American wacko: "I think that we need to be very, very honest...our government has the ability to place a Hubble telescope in the sky, but...does not have the political will to shut down drugs coming into our community."

Obama's lurch: Two-faced.

Game Over

June 7, 2008

On the positive side, if Barack Hussein Obama becomes president--certain virulent segments of our culture (think Al Sharpton) will no longer be able to scream racism.

Yes, the  money-making game of telling young African American males that "the white man" is keeping you down will be over.

After all, even the most dogmatic Sharptonite (with Obama in the White House) will come to the stark realization that America is colorblind.

Game over.

For amber waves of grain,

And crown thy good with brotherhood

Knesset: Olmert's Dream-Squasher

July 3, 2008

Fear not, my brethren...the Knesset has come to the rescue...it's the beginning of the end of the nightmare that Olmert has been dangling over you...

The Golan Heights Referendum Bill passed its first reading on the house floor by a 65-18 vote, a hopeful majority for forthcoming readings of the bill. And if passed into law, the bill would necessitate the approval of a nationwide referendum before surrendering the Golan Heights to Syria.

The bill would also require that any surrendering of land under absolute jurisdiction and control of the State of Israel pass both the cabinet and Knesset sanction, on top of a national referendum.

So sorry Mr. Olmert...it looks like this part of Israel's nightmare, at your hand, has died a well deserved death.

Again, fear not, my brethren...*Gamla shall not fall again! Amen.

Shalom

Obama's Patriotism: Lacking

July 2, 2008

I question Barack Hussein Obama's patriotism, not based on his skin hue, or party affiliation--but actions.

In an act of total volition, Obama sat (for 20 years) under the tutelage of a rabid anti-American cleric whose incendiary tirades parrelled those of Louis Farrakhan.

By doing so, the wannabe commander-in-chief

demonstrated a profound and wholly pathetic lack of patriotism, but more importantly he demonstrated a stunning lack of character.

Obama's patriotism: Lacking.

America And Its European Allies: Steadfast

July 1, 2008

If our image (as Barack Hussein Obama claims) is so tarnished abroad, then how can he possibly explain our steadfast relationship with our European allies?

Lest Obama forgets, one of the main reasons we haven't suffered another 9/11 is due to the two-way sharing of intel with our foreign partners (Great Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, etc.).

This sharing of intel has clearly thwarted myriad attacks that would have claimed thousands of innocent lives.

Our image abroad is only tarnished in the diminutive minds of liberals and their presidential

wannabe.

America and its European allies: Steadfast.
