Fred's First Boo-Boo

July 30, 2007

This week, the republican presidential hopeful Fred Thompson made a gigantic boo-boo. With not having yet entered the race, for his campaign manager he decided on an ex-senator who is loathed by many within the party for being lax on Islamic terrorism, and is known as an enemy of the Jewish State: Spencer Abraham.

Best to claim momentary insanity, Fred.

Abraham's most infamous act? He was the motivating force behind a bill that gave more than $250 million in US tax dollars to southern Lebanon...which is controlled by Hizbollah. And their main target? Innocents Israeli Jews.

Other reasons he served only one term include:

-His praise of Agha Saeed, director of the American Muslim Association (AMA) as a affirmative influence on the US political landscape. Regardless of the fact that the AMA had recently subsidized events that provoked violence against Jews and defended Hizballah and Hamas as models for Muslims universally.

-Spencer was one of just two senators who refused to authorize an open letter condemning rising terrorist attacks, against Israeli civilians, by Yasser Arafat's PLO.

With a choice like this, Fred, you're finished before you start.

As one who has been supporting Mr. Thompson's possible run, I suggest an immediate 180 on Abraham...before too many in the base find out.

We want Thompson, but not at this expense.

The Biggest Farce Going

July 27, 2007

There are many shams going on in our world today...everything from Hollywood marriages to products claiming to do your dishes, whiten your teeth, while walking your dog...all for under 5 bucks. But the biggest farce of our time is being dished out by the State Dept...

Just this past Wednesday, US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice told US-sponsored Middle East television network Al Hurra, “I believe that Israel understands...that it has obligations that need to be met and need to be met now, because the future of Israel is not in the continued occupation of the West Bank...The future of Israel is in building a strong Israeli state in places like the Negev and Galilee.”

These comments are all in concert with the Bush administrations' desperate efforts to implement the "roadmap" and shove Israel into resuming peace negotiations with the PA...all in an attempt to save face with the Arab world. (You know, the one that considers us infidels?)

The thought that Israel must sit down with as savage a group as Fatah to negotiate peace, is like the US sitting down with the Taliban or al Qaeda.

We wouldn't. So they shouldn't.

You know, with all due respect, Mr. Bush, stop the hypocrisy! To inflict a bloodbath on innocent Jews in an effort to keep your word, is egregious. A 'word' you had no right to give. Your commendable pro-life stand should extend to Israel...our only ally in the Middle East. Remember: Every Jewish life sacrificed for your "roadmap" has infinite worth.

Be sure of this: The more of Israel's land that is surrendered to its enemies, the more innocent Jews will die. And if it is the result of US pressure, the blood will be on our hands.

True peace cannot be the fruit of hatred, lies and murder...and this is what the PA is sowing...with US help.

So, stop the farce.

ICRC: Inflicting Wounds, Not Mending Them

July 26, 2007

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) claims, on their English website homepage, to be "An independent, neutral organization ensuring humanitarian protection and assistance for victims of war and armed violence."

I say...horse manure!

The ICRC has been on a 4 decade campaign against the Jewish State. Claiming that all Jewish existence beyond the 1949 Armistice lines "illegal." They accuse Israel of violating the Fourth Geneva Convention (GC IV). In the ICRC's arrogant judgment, they've decided that Israel is guilty. In spite of the fact that there is opposition from prominent global legal experts, the ICRC rejects any appeal.

Neutral? Come on...

The ICRC is creating the anti-Semitic ingredients found in the rhetoric of Hitler years prior to his attempt to apply the "final solution." Dehumanize Jews as perpetrators of lies and the cause of the world's misery (what Arab TV does openly and daily), which then justifies terrorism toward all Jews and...Voila! You have the recipe for the Holocaust II.

Sound farfetched? That's what they said in the 1930's...

The ICRC should stick to applying bandages (and while they're at it, put one over their mouth). I believe their job description is to mend wounds, not inflict them.

What's Wrong With The "Roadmap"? It's The Foundation, Stupid

July 23, 2007

Basic knowledge about building upon a foundation: A building will never stand, if the foundation is built upon weak materials. So is it also true concerning any solid structure that is intended to have longevity...

So here's the question: What's wrong with the "roadmap" for peace in the Middle East? Simply: The Foundation.

In order to build a 'palestinian' state, you need to begin with a basic understanding of the people. The Jewish State is a democracy that is willing and able to maintain civility. Are the 'palestinians' a people who desire to live at peace with the Jewish State? Unequivocally, no. In all dealings with the PA (which represents the 'palestinian' people), their actions have not matched their words...they have shown no proclivity to live side-by-side with Israelis. Rather they have taken every possible opportunity to murder as many innocent Israelis as they can.

Not the ingredients for a great neighborhood block party, eh?

And a cursory look at Fatah and Hamas' charters reveal that they are determined to exterminate the Jews by any means. Neither group, which comprise the PA, has altered their charter to reflect otherwise.

Talk about a foundation of sand...

I understand the Bush administration's elevated anxiety concerning their failed efforts...but it's time to admit they were wrong. And in all actuality, it isn't a failure, because the land is not available for the giving. The Owner gave it to the Jewish people to be stewards over, not to trade it to its enemies for a false peace.

So, let's drop this feckless endeavor...for it's better to have an abandoned foundation of sand, than a foundation of innocent blood.

Shalom.

Creationism: Quest For Right

July 20, 2007

In the contentious debate over Evolution vs. Intelligent Design, author David Parsons proffers up a gem.

David's new series, "Quest For Right," brings equity to the debate. He gives a powerful polemic in favor of Intelligent Design, while thoroughly debunking the icons of evolution.

The 7 volume series was written for the public school system.

We encourage our readers to send the website link to their school board members, superintendents and other persons of influence who desire to include true science in the school's curriculum.

School kids are on a quest for education...they have a right to know the truth.

Favoring One Thug Over Another

July 19, 2007

Walking blindly never gets you anywhere you want to go. And such is the case with the administration's attempt at 'making peace' in the Middle East...

Both Hamas and Fatah have blood dripping from their evil paws. The Quran tells them they can lie to infidels (that would include us), if necessary, to gain advantage toward their common goals: Elimination of the Jews and world domination by Islam.

The facts are there for all to see...all those that desire to see, that is. And apparently, our government is not interested in the facts. Abbas is 'making-nice'...he's played this game before and we fell for it...so he's doing an encore...and we're not only giving him a standing ovation, we're throwing roses, in the form of megabucks, to reward him. And it will all be turned around and used to shed more innocent Jewish blood.

Abbas is deceptive to attain his goals, and the goals of Islam, in accordance with the Quran. Islam allows lying...to the infidel:

The Qur'an:
Sura (16:106) - Establishes that there are circumstances that can "compel" a Muslim to tell a lie.

Sura (3:28) - This verse tells Muslims not to take those outside the faith as friends, unless it is to "guard themselves."

Sura (40:28) - A man is introduced as a believer, but one who must "hide his faith" among those who are not believers.

From the Hadith:
Bukhari (52:269) - "The Prophet said, 'War is deceit.'" The context of this is thought to be the murder of Usayr ibn Zarim and his thirty unarmed men by Muhammad's men after he "guaranteed" them safe passage (see Additional Notes below).

Bukhari (52:271) - Recounts the murder of a poet, Ka'b bin al-Ashraf, at Muhammad's insistence. The men who volunteered for the assassination used dishonesty to gain Ka'b's trust, pretending that they had turned against Muhammad. This drew the victim out of his fortress, whereupon he was brutally slaughtered despite putting up a ferocious struggle for his life.

From Islamic Law:
Reliance of the Traveler (p. 746) - "Lying is permissible when there is a legitimate desired end. And the legitimate desired end may be a personal one."

Muslims are allowed to lie to unbelievers in order to defeat them. The two forms are:

Taqiyya - Saying something that isn't true.

Kitman - Lying by omission.

Though not referred to as Taqiyya, Muhammad clearly used deception when he signed a 10-year treaty with the Meccans that allowed him access to their city while he secretly prepared his own forces for a takeover. The unsuspecting residents were conquered in easy fashion after he broke the treaty two years later, and some of the people in the city who had trusted him at his word were executed. (See Sura (9:3) - ("...Allah and His Messenger are free from liability to the idolaters...")

Recently, 'Palestinian' terror commanders in Judea and Samaria explained the performance they did of handing over their weapons to Fatah commander Mahmoud Abbas's official militias over the weekend: "This is all a big joke." This is what they told reporters while posing for photos. "Abbas asked us to sign a declaration saying we won't attack Israel and so we are." And why shouldn't they? The PA Chairman agreed to pay them thousands of dollars in exchange for the photo ops. And let's not forget the non-monetary incentives. In barter for their propaganda photos and their autographs on declarations not to engage in terror again, Israel has vowed to take these thugs off of its target list.

This alone should be sufficient evidence not to believe Abbas...but ostensibly, it isn't.

Fatah versus Hamas is not good versus evil, it's evil versus evil, and by now...we should know the difference.

But apparently, we don't.

UK: Passes France As Most Anti-Semitic?

July 16, 2007

Anti-Semitism on the rise 'across the Pond'? Shocking but true. According to an Israeli Jewish woman (Havital) who lived there for 2 years..."the UK has become one of the most anti-Semitic nations...surpassing France." Where some would disagree, this lady's comments to me confirm all the proclamations put forth by Richard Littlejohn...

According to a documentary by British journalist Richard Littlejohn (see parts 1-6 here), there has been a 20% rise in anti-Semitic attacks in Manchester in the past 2 years. Jews in Britain are under attack...and it has now become alarming.

Many falsely believe that if the State of Israel was not created, there would be no hatred toward the Jews. Then explain Hitler's 'final solution'? There was no State of Israel during the time of Nazi Germany. Nor was there such a thing as a 'palestinian'.

Hatred of the Jews goes far back in history. There are too many examples to visit here, so let's just take one concerning England...The Jews were expelled from England in 1290 by King Edward II. In a mere 300 hundred years' time, sans the Jews, brilliant writers like Shakespeare created stereotypical characters like 'Shylock', the Jew in “The Merchant of Venice,” a person that was scorned and loathed by theatre-going hordes who never met a Jewish person in their lifetime (nor did their grandparents or any of their ancestors for three hundred years).

Good show, Ed!

Littlejohn's documentary reveals that it's not just the fascists, like the Hitler wannabees, that hate the Jews. This hate can also be found on the left. So the Jew hatred is fair and balanced.

It appears the desire of the British government to appease the growing Islamic population in the UK, is undoubtedly the reason for the current rise of hatred toward the Jews. But there had to be a root of Jew-hatred present in the UK for this to occur...and that is what is so alarming.

It's time to pray for our cousins 'across the Pond'. This trend will eventually destroy them from within...and being at odds with the G-d of Israel, surely won't save them.

If They Fail To Learn From This History, They Are Doomed

July 12, 2007

The great statesman, Winston Churchill, once said, "Those that fail to learn from history, are doomed to repeat it." But I say to the Brits...if you fail to learn from this history, you are doomed...

In the book of Genesis 12:3, it is written, "And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee..." (referring to the Jewish people). So let's take a quick look at just a few of the empires that were destroyed and they all had one thing in common: They tried to hurt or eliminate the Jews...the former Babylonian Empire, the former Persian Empire, the former Roman Empire, the former Third Reich,  etc.

Why the history lesson? Well, the British Transport and General Workers Union, one of the UK's largest, voted last week to boycott all products made in Israel. And prior to the vote, Eric McDonald, the secretary of TGWU's Birmingham branch, equated Israel to Nazi Germany.

In response to this blatant anti-Semitism on the part of the TGWU, the Histadrut Labor Federation (The General Organization of the Jewish Workers in Eretz-Yisrael) declared that it would cut all existing ties with the union, which represents about 800,000 workers. Ofer Eini, Histadrut's chairman, is expected to encourage his organization to cut all ties with groups that support boycotts of Israel or Israeli goods.

The TGWU's act of hatred toward the Jewish State is a feckless move. The union's efforts are purposed to hurt Israelis, while ignoring Israel's plight by their 'palestinian' enemies living in their midst. Where was the union's condemnation of terrorist act after terrorist act toward innocent Israelis? There was none. But when Israel defends itself by targeting only terrorists plotting their demise, they are called 'Nazis'...what a perverse analogy.

The land of Israel belongs to the G-d of Israel. The G-d of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. And anyone who purposes in their heart to harm those who have been given the land (the Jewsih people), will experience the Owner's wrath.

So, Mr. McDonald et al: Don't be prats. Whether you like it or not, the fact remains...that if you ignore the history of those who have "cursed" Israel, you will be treated to the same result...so, if I were you, I would rethink my position...because you're not in good company.

Cheers!

The Foolishness Across The Pond

July 9, 2007

Any military expert can tell you, that in war, if you can't identify your enemy, you have already lost.

Last week, new UK PM Gordon Brown banned ministers from using the word “Muslim” in connection with terrorism (that's like separating cold from ice). Brown also instructed his team, including new Home Secretary Jacqui Smith, that the expression “war on terror” is to be abandoned.

PM Brown...you have already lost.

Through a spokesman, Brown stated, “There is clearly a need to strike a consensual tone in relation to all communities across the UK...It is important that the country remains united.” Well that would be fine, if the country wasn't infested with the enemy...but it is.

The War on Terror is a real war. It is being waged by Muslim terrorists. In order to fight this war, we must be free to identify the enemy. If we play a euphemistic game, we will lose.

And if our friends across the Pond continue in this foolish direction...they will lose.

Here's praying they won't...cheers!

Olmert: Shifting Loyalties

July 5, 2007

If you've ever wondered about PM Olmert's loyalty to the Jewish State and the Israeli people, wonder no more...

This week, speaking before the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, Olmert stated that it is worth risking the lives of his fellow Jews in order to gain the diplomatic benefits he believes will accompany “goodwill gestures” made toward PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas.

WhaaaaAAAAT!!!

That's right. Olmert believes Jewish lives so trivial that they can be used as bargaining pieces with Israel's enemies. For to the PM, what's a few less Jews...his alliance with Jew-hating Muslims is of much more value.

What's his plan now? Well, he's removing scores of military checkpoints and roadblocks originally created in Judea and Samaria to prevent 'Palestinian' terrorists from reaching the Israeli general population.

What a patriot!

This man has disgraced the nation of Israel, cost myriad precious Jewish lives (for all Jewish lives are precious in G-d's sight, Mr. Olmert), and if he has his way, more innocent Jewish blood will spill for his so-called "diplomatic benefits."

I don't believe the PM's loyalties are shifting. I believe they already have. How? In the hardness of his heart toward his people.

King Solomon's words ring true in Proverbs 29:2:

"When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn."

And right now, sadly, the latter is true.

The Free Market Cure: The Truth Rx For 'Sicko'

July 2, 2007

In answer to the $9 million dollar 'Sicko' lie out in theaters, some brave filmmakers have launched a film series based in truth and facts-on-the- ground...

In the series Free Market Cure (which includes short films: Uninsured In America, Two Women, Brain Surgery & The Lemon), filmmakers Stuart Browning and David Gratzer present the reality of Government run healthcare, or what is euphemistically known on the left as  "single-payer" healthcare. Interviews with people knee deep in this disaster of a healthcare system...and the tragedies caused by its feckless application...make this a film series that truly can be a matter of life or death.

Free Market Cure is devoted to properly diagnosing the existing problems with the U.S. health care system and encouraging solutions that will safeguard and broaden individual liberty. Their fundamental assertion is that several problems in our healthcare system are either instigated or aggravated by government intervention and that a robust dose of Capitalism is the Rx for what ails the U.S. healthcare system.

The series is due out soon...but not soon enough to educate all of us on the future horrors of the possible government healthcare system on our horizon.
