Allow me to begin with giving French President Francois Hollande creds for his stand with Israel against Iran...something the US administration refuses to do. In Israel on Nov. 17th, Hollande said concerning Iran's nuclear program:

"I came to emphasize France's unwavering support for Israel...France considers it to be a threat to Israel, and it is clearly (a threat) to the region and the world. France will not give up or compromise on nuclear proliferation, and as long as we are not completely sure that Iran has given up nuclear weapons, we will continue to maintain our position."

With these words, of course, I'm pleased and encouraged...coming from a country that was once the home of Hitler's Vichy government. My problem is with Hollande's apparently ill-informed statement after his visit to Israel, and subsequent visit with Abbas, when he stated:

 "France is against building in the settlements... and calls to put an end to settlements." 

With all due respect, Monsieur Hollande, you couldn't be more wrong. Allow me to clear your confusion on the issue of Settlements, and expose this sham of paltering poop the Muslim World/Western Media is peddling as the roadblock to peace in the Middle East.

It appears, after almost 5 years of this regime...the only thing transparent about it is: Their cover-ups. From Benghazi to the IRS, to the NSA, and so on...they have made an art out of covering truth.

But apparently, the disease of successful deceit is like a drug. They have added another to their list of paltering covers...and it involves the Smithsonian Institute... 

In a disgraceful attempt to continue their campaign of either hiding the truth or changing the historical record, the White House blocked the Smithsonian from displaying the Armenian Orphan Rug. 

Why, you may ask? Obama doesn't want to offend Turkey.

It's been proven myriad times just how misogynist the ideology is, that Muhammed created. Yet, men, who partake in this apartheid philosophy...continue their campaign of paltering in order to deceive women to become a part of the chattel...and to keep the women already in servitude, content.

One of the biggest propaganda machines for Islam's lies in the West, CAIR, had this to say concerning women in Islam:

"Muslim women have the right to possess property, gain education, seek employment and participate in both political and social life. They can also keep their maiden names after marriage. It’s also important to consider the fact that while when Western women had to earn equality after suffrage, Muslim women were given these rights from the beginning without any struggle." ~CAIR-Chicago

The current administration was not the only one to tout the Fatah part of the Palestinian Authority (PA) as moderate...but their insistence, in the face of all the facts, makes it a hateful act against our only ally in the Middle East. But I will go further...with their push for talks with the head of Fatah (Abbas), I believe it's a crime against humanity because they know well what this group has done, and is capable of doing in the future.

And, in the face of new revolving-door talks that are coming at Obama's duress, it's necessary that Americans know the facts about the group being constantly lauded as moderate.

Here are the straight facts on Fatah...its Founders, the group and their current activities.

Fatah Founders:

• Founded in 1959 by Yasser Arafat and Mahmoud Abbas.

• Yasser Arafat: Lifelong terrorist whose goal was the destruction of Israel. The group he created (Palestinian Authority [PA]), from its inception, was historically unique because its defining paradigm is terrorism, and whose raison d’etre is the annihilation of a sovereign state (Israel), and the extermination of its Jewish populace. The PA carries on its Founder's goal even after his death (Woo Hoo, pardon the schadenfreude) in 2004.

• Mahmoud Abbas (aka Abu Mazen): Current President of the PA. Longtime ally of Yasser Arafat. A Holocaust denier. His doctoral thesis became a book, titled, 'The Other Side: The Secret Relations between Nazism and the Leadership of the Zionist Movement', which denied both the extent and severity of the Nazi Holocaust. Abbas stated, "only a few hundred thousand Jews" were killed in the Holocaust and those primarily through complicity between the Nazis and the Zionists.

"Today, al Qaeda is on the run." President Barack Obama, Oct. 11, 2012

The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fourth Edition (DSM-IV), defines Delusional Disorder as false beliefs based on incorrect inference about external reality that persist despite the evidence to the contrary and these beliefs are not ordinarily accepted by other members of the person's culture or subculture. It's a serious mental illness involving psychosis...the inability to tell what is real from what is imagined.

Now, the American people are acquainted with narcissism, thanks to Mr. Obama...but his recent history of insistence that the terrorist group (the Muslim Brotherhood's baby) al Qaeda was diminished and on the run: Was clearly delusional. Much like his views on virtually ALL that has occurred under his administration...

But Mr. Obama's delusion is not quaint or risible. It has emboldened this barbaric bunch of Islamic thugs to focus on innocent Christians throughout the Muslim world.

As the Iranian delegation swooped into NYC on Monday, they were met with open arms and a big verbal wet-one by the Obama administration. What? No rolling out of the Red prayer rug? Quite puzzling...

What I find incredible is the denseness of the minds of those in this administration and their ilk. The sheer naiveté concerning religious zealots, such as the Iranian Islamic Republic...and their complete and utter inability to even imagine or believe that the Mullahs (or their minions) would lie about their intentions or the facts on the ground....is stunning.

It might be quaint or cute if they were children...but these are leaders of the free world, who have our national security in their fumbling little digits...and that's no laughing matter.

The facts about the Islamic regime and history of their nuclear program are simple and easily accessible to all that desire to know the truth (sadly, this group doesn't include this administration):

When you look into the ideology of Islam (no, I didn't make a mistake...it's an ideology, cloaked in a religion)...the more you peruse, the more you cringe. From its barbaric treatment of unbelievers, to its herdsman-like conduct toward woman and children--the global followers of Muhammed leave a path of hatred, bloodshed and destruction wherever they throw down their prayer rug.

But none so despicable as their pattern of pedophilia...

A recent news story out of Yemen made me both ill and furious. According to the Dailymail.co.uk, a Yemeni child bride, 8 yrs old, died of internal injuries on the first night of forced marriage relations to a groom five times her age. In essence, a 40 yr old man RAPED an 8 yr old little girl. Child brides are a common practice in Yemen...under Sharia Islamic Law.

Child sex-abuse, although not limited to the Muslim world...is all too prevalent due to the example set for Muslim men. It's one well grounded in their creed. Their founder, Muhammed, left them a pattern to follow in the Quran and Hadiths (traditions of Muhammed), that makes child marriage and/or child sexual abuse...Okee Dokee for the Muslim man.

The old axiom, 'talk is cheap', may be generally true...but not when the party you are talking with is the Palestinian Authority...'talk' has a price...

Sec Kerry Wind-Surfed his way into moderator mode with a little surreptitious Bibi arm-twisting. He obtained new talks for his boss by endangering innocent Israelis with a prisoner release. But the question arises: So what's to discuss? Israel wants peace and has proven their intention by surrendering their own territory for a nonexistent one...the more they surrendered, the more elusive peace became.

And now, Obama...not desiring to allow ANYTHING to reflect badly upon his fragile image...finds it imperative to once again lean upon the only legitimate peace partner: Israel.

The peace partners consist of Israel on one side, versus the Palestinian Authority (PA) comprised of Hamas (a terrorist entity and offspring of the Muslim Brotherhood) and Fatah (a 'moderate' group founded by Abbas and the now deceased [thank G-d] Yasser Arafat).

Those who have created a habitation for hate in their heart, will be willing to believe the absurd, the impossible, the incredulous in an attempt to bolster their hate. They will utilize whatever possible to accomplish their mission.

Many, including myself, have been a victim of such injustice, but none as often or as maliciously as the State of Israel and the Jewish people.

And the most recent form of paltering propaganda can be found by Israel's enemies exploiting edited video/film technology to accomplish their dirty deeds...and it's been dubbed: Pallywood.

Pallywood is a portmanteau word which merges "Palestinian" with "Hollywood" and is, according to Calev Ben-David, "media manipulation, distortion and outright fraud by the Palestinians (and other Arabs, such as the Reuters photographer caught faking photos during the Second Lebanon War), designed to win the public relations war against Israel." Professor Richard Landes of Boston University produced an 18-minute online documentary video called, "Pallywood: According to Palestinian Sources." The film shows Arab-Israeli conflict-related footage that was taken by freelance 'Palestinian' journalists and has been methodically manipulated by the media. This propaganda dates back to the 1982 Lebanon War. Landes argues, in essence, that newscasters have neglected their duty to verify the authenticity of the 'Palestinian' footage. 

But why has the media failed to live up to their journalistic obligations? 

The answer can be found in my opening sentence. When someone is committed to an agenda, they will believe the greatest absurdity, as long as it solidifies/supports that view.

If It's Muslim Lies In The Holy Land, It's On PA-TV

One of the greatest nightmares of the Muslim World occurred in 1948, upon the rebirth of the Jewish State. Ever since that time, they have been busy killer bees, working arduously to destroy the Jewish people's reunion with their homeland. And the interminable parade of lies, in their sinister efforts, continue as you read this. Here are the transcripts of two PA-TV (Palestinian Authority TV) programs for adults, which pales in comparison to their propaganda programs for kids:

On PA-TV (in a documentary):

Homes for Arabs will replace Western Wall Plaza; Jews praying at Western Wall is "sin and filth" 
They [Israelis] know for certain that our [Palestinian] roots are deeper than their false history. 
We, from the balcony of our home, look out over [Islamic] holiness and on sin and filth (Jews praying at Western Wall) in an area that used to have [Arab] people and homes. 
We are drawing our new maps. (None include Israel)
When they [Israelis] disappear from the picture, like a forgotten chapter in the pages of our city's history, we will build it anew (residential area). 
The Mughrabi Quarter will be built here (on the Western Wall Plaza). (False)

On PA-TV (Quiz show which rewards the players with $100 for 'correct' answers):

Q. "Which country has the longest border with Palestine and what is the [border's] length?"

A. "The country is Jordan and [the border is] 586 [km]."
"Congratulations. You win $100 from [the sponsor] Jawwal."

Fact: The PA presents the border from Eilat in the south to the Golan Heights in the north as "Palestine's" border with Jordan, thereby erasing the existence of Israel.

Q. A lake in Northern Palestine drained by the Israeli occupation. What is the name of the lake?

Guess..."The Sea of Galilee?"

Fact: The Sea of Galilee is in Northern Israel.

Host: "Think."

A. "Hula Lake?"

Fact: Hula lake is in Northern Israel.

"You win $100 from the [sponsor] Bank of Palestine."

Q. "Name the Palestinian village in Northern Safed, whose name means 'beetle' in the Syriac language, and whose residents are mostly Druze?"

A. "The correct answer is Hurfeish, the Palestinian village whose name means 'beetle'."

Fact: Hurfeish is a Druze village in Northern Israel.

"Congratulations. You win $100 from [the sponsor] Jawwal."

Notice the incredible audacity to rewrite history (for all to see, who desire to see). They replace Israel with Palestine in all questions and comments. There's only one problem...there is no legitimate state of Palestine. The name was changed from Israel to Palestina by the Romans in 70 AD to injure the Jews. Then, in their bloodlust against the Jews...and led by the late (Thank God) Yasser Arafat...the 'palestinian' people were created as a battering ram against the Jews.

Muslims: Making Nice (France) Not So Nice Anymore

It's vacation time for most...and it's time to use up all those frequent-flyer miles. Americans who have never made the trip across the Pond focus on places like the sunny Riviera...like Nice, France...

Nice...the French Riviera, is known for its rich blue-green water, great fashion shopping in Magenta Square, superb dining and exquisite art-deco façades. There are tons of spots that are simply must-see, such as the Cours Saleya Flower Market, the Matisse Museum, ancient Roman ruins, the Russian Cathedral and the Promenade des Anglais...a part of the heart of this seaside French city. Nice's Promenade des Anglais is lined with cafes situated directly on the beach, and it's a bustling area active with cyclists, runners, walkers and inline skaters.

But this retreat anticipation is becoming a thing of the past as the imperialistic and draconian fist of Islam has begun to crush this pearl by the sea...

For those of us with our eyes open and our gray matter tuned in: Anywhere that Islam multiplies, freedom dies. 

According to INSEE (French National Institute for Statistics and Economic Studies) estimated the number of Muslims now in France to be 11.7 million, which is 19% of the population of metropolitan France. If the growth, by 2017, in absolute numbers observed between 1999 and the end of 2008 is maintained, there should be a population of foreign origin of 13 million, which would represent around 21% of the population.

And more Mohammedans will ensure that Nice is not so nice anymore...because there's always a rise in anti-Semitism.

In 2012, there was a 30% rise in global anti-Semitism...with France leading the way:

Quebec is the only French-speaking province in Canada, “La Belle Province.” It boasts the largest land mass province and the second most populated province in Canada. And sadly, it still reflects some of the most egregious Jew-hatred in North America…

According to Dr. Weinfeld of the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs (jcpa.org):

Contemporary currents of elite and popular political thought are more likely to be anti-Israeli than in English Canada.
A September 2006 survey for the Association for Canadian Studies found higher proportions in Quebec – 38%, compared to the full Canadian average of 31% – attributing the last conflict in Lebanon to “Israel’s actions in the Middle East.”

This was alive and well during WWII, when a referendum on conscription in Canada in the spring of 1942, roundly defeated, displayed Quebec’s under-the-radar anti-Semitism. In the 1930s, there was a great deal of sympathy in Catholic Quebec society (Quebec was founded by Catholics), including French intellectual and elite segments, for Mussolini, Franco, and fascism in general. Attitudes with elites, although not on display, have changed little toward Jews … and, hence, the following example should be NO surprise…

The Founders On Islam: Even THEY Knew It Stinketh

"I studied the Koran a great deal. I came away from that study with the conviction there have been few religions in the world as deadly to men as that of Mohammed. 

So far as I can see, it is the principle cause of the decadence so visible today in the Muslim world and, though less absurd than the polytheism of old, its social and political tendencies are in my opinion to be feared, and I therefore regard it as a form of decadence rather than a form of progress in relation to paganism itself." ~Alexis de Tocqueville, French social scientist

Until our current day of 'enlightenment' (where in order to prove your intellect, you must first make evident the fact that you possess none), learned and perspicacious men would look clearly at the facts and draw conclusion on the reality before them....as did our Founders.

Not so today...the majority of our leaders (as mirrored across the Pond in Europe) are either intentionally ignorant, intellectually lazy or craven to the core, regarding the facts about the totalitarian ideology of Islam. Most leaders are virtually untouched by the supremacist actions of Muslims, being tucked away in gated and guarded communities. And since their goals have changed from serving the public to cementing their thrones...they will appease these enemies of freedom for a temporal peace...and their seemingly sustained piece of the pie.

But the Founding Fathers of this great Republic had NO problem pointing out the grave error of Muhammed's cult...and loved freedom and people enough, to say so. I believe you deserve the truth...right from some of the Founders' Mouths:

Giving caveat after caveat concerning this totalitarian ideology.

Our cousins across the Pond are in the vanguard of this war on the West in Europe, perpetrated by Islam. They are beginning to feel the full weight of this draconian system that entered their welcoming nation under the guise of a 'religion of peace'. As these supremacist squatters came, settled and multiplied...but refused to assimilate into their host countries, they began to exhibit the characteristics of their prophet...

Bombings, beheadings, and rape, oh my! This isn't OZ, it's hell...

The child rape problem by Muslim perps has now become pandemic in England. According to Sue Berelowitz, Deputy Children's Commissioner for England, "As one police officer said to me, 'There isn't a town, village or hamlet in which children are not being sexually exploited.' We should start from the assumption that children are being sexually exploited right the way across the country."

A court in London has sentenced seven members of a Muslim child grooming (sex trafficking) gang based in Oxford to at least 95 years in prison for raping, torturing and trafficking British girls as young as 11. So now the chorus begins of apologists and nimrod Westerners denying the truth about Islam. Proof is on my side...

It's been lauded since 9-11-01. On any given day in the West, via the agitprops of the mainstream media, or by politicos betraying their constituents. Bill Cosby: The Plague Is Islamic Ignorance, And You're Infected

Recently, in the NY Post, the well-known comedian Bill Cosby said the following in a piece titled, "Bill Cosby: A Plague Called Apathy":

"I’m a Christian. But Muslims are misunderstood. Intentionally misunderstood. We should all be more like them. They make sense, especially with their children. There is no other group like the Black Muslims, who put so much effort into teaching children the right things, they don’t smoke, they don’t drink or overindulge in alcohol, they protect their women, they command respect. And what do these other people do?

They complain about them, they criticize them. We’d be a better world if we emulated them. We don’t have to become black Muslims, but we can embrace the things that work.

Sir, with all due respect (whatever that may be following your racism against your white audience), you are perniciously clueless on the ideology of Islam...and THAT kind of apathy toward obtaining facts is FAR more perilous than smoking or sugared sodas.

The Guardian UK has verified the legitimacy of an NSA document, a 41-slide PowerPoint presentation, classified as top secret with no distribution to foreign allies, which was ostensibly used to train intelligence operatives on the capabilities of the program. The document claims "collection directly from the servers" of major US service providers.

The NSA program called PRISM, granted access to records such as emails, chat conversations, voice calls, documents and more, involved several tech giants. And allowed "direct access from the servers of these US service providers: Microsoft, Yahoo, Google, Facebook, Paltalk, AOL, Skype, YouTube, Apple". The senior officials of these tech giants all denied ever knowing about PRISM. But I believe that's semantics. They may indeed have not heard of this program, but that's not a denial of allowing the NSA to gather our info from them.

OK, let's get this straight...the National Security Agency...a cryptologic intelligence agency of the United States Department of Defense responsible for the collection and analysis of foreign communications and foreign signals intelligence, as well as protecting U.S. government communications and information systems...was spying on MILLIONS of law-abiding US citizens. AND, it was done without a search warrant and without probable cause.

It revealed the further debauchery of this administration. The plague of aversion to responsibility, spread by the Commander-in-Chief. In all the hearings and press conferences so far, one response has become a mantra from every member of this administration: "I don't know." 

On Benghazi, the AP scandal and the IRS scandal...Who, what, where, when, why and how. Obama, Holder, Hillary and anyone else (i.e. Miller) connected with this administration claim to be clueless on ANYTHING for which this regime is culpable. Here are a few of the growing questions since the Hearings:

On Benghazi:

• Who told the Military to "stand down" twice, which resulted in 4 dead Americans in Benghazi, Libya?

• Who changed the talking points to a demonstration about a video from a planned terrorist attack?

• Where was the President when the attack was occurring, what did he know and when did he know it?

• Why did the administration continue to disseminate a false narrative about a video, when they knew within 24 hrs of the attack that it was a terror attack?

On the AP:

• What did Holder do before recusing himself and when did he recuse himself from this case (he admits no paper trail)?

• Who did he put in charge and what directions were they given by him?

• Was his supposed recusal compromised in any way?

• Did the DOJ violate the AP's 1st Amendment Rights?

You'd think being one of the greatest portals of info in the world would peek ones curiosity to actually READ some of that info and make one full of knowledge...not jam-packed with sheer ignorance. But alas...Google has proved the latter true...

According to Wikipedia, Google Inc. is an American multinational corporation specializing in Internet-related services and products. These include search, cloud computing, software and online advertising technologies. Hmm...that would put the following statement, by Google spokesman Nathan Tyler, at odds with their description:

"We're changing the name 'Palestinian Territories' to 'Palestine' across our products. We consult a number of sources and authorities when naming countries. In this case, we are following the lead of the UN... and other international organizations."

I'm sorry, did I miss Foreign Affairs experts in their description? Did these business geniuses suddenly become the new Wile E Coyotes of Foreign Policy? 

Since Mr. Tyler and his ilk are too busy profiting off their work to UTILIZE their service, allow me to give them a primer that they don't even have to Google:

• Judea-Samaria (also know as the West Bank) belongs to Israel. Always has and always will. It's part of the Jewish National Homeland.

Just in case Obama and Hillary thought the Benghazi Terror Attack case was dead...like our brave men who died there...think again...

It appears that the Chicago Thug-Machine is oiled and raising its draconian fist again...and attempting to stop the facts from coming out on what REALLY happened in Benghazi on 9-11-12. According to the Washington Times, a former Justice Department official said anonymous members of the White House administration have threatened whistleblowers who want to speak on the facts of the terror attacks on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya. Victoria Toensing, a former Justice Department official and Republican counsel to the Senate Intelligence Committee, is representing one of the State Department workers who claims to have been threatened. Toensing said, "I am talking specifically about Benghazi; that people have been threatened...People have been threatened and not just at the State Department. People have been threatened at the CIA."

I just got a whiff of the Clinton-control machine...with a touch of Hillary and her heinous hometown. I guess fascists of a feather...well. you know...

Move Over, Mommy Dearest: This Mother Blows You Away

Islam, stealing from Jewish Law & tradition, commands its followers to stay away from Pork...but it would be impossible to tell that from the Hammy performance given by the mommy of the cold-blooded Boston Marathon Jihadists. I turned the sound off, reviewing the clip of her 'press' conference from Russia...and it reminded me of some of my acting studies of Silent Film...it was pathetic overacting. But sadly, in her case, we have talkies now...and she has the vexatious voice of Latka's wife, Simka, from the sitcom Taxi.

But it appears that this woman is more than a bad actor with an annoying voice...she may have been the one who encouraged her sons to become devout jihadists. 

Approximately one and a half years ago, Zubeidat Tsarnaeva was added to the classified intelligence database known by the acronym TIDE at the CIA's request. She purportedly become more militant in her Muslim faith about the same time as her son, Tamerlan Tsarnaev...now dead for his barbaric acts. Both the Democrat head of the House Intelligence Committee (Ruppersberger) and the Republican Chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee (McCaul), said the mother needs to be investigated because she had a role in the jihadist training of her sons.

During her hyperbolic press tirade, Zubeidat said she wouldn't be coming to the US to pick up her son's body. Guess why! Well, charges await her for shoplifting from Lord & Taylor (hmm...isn't Lord & Taylor [infidel-wear] Haram?). I guess that's where her 2 sons learned to steal...

So, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, terrorist #2 is in custody. Much is coming to light concerning his and his deceased brother's motivations...including the Muslim Brotherhood affiliated Mosque they attended. But in the meanwhile, this administration has refused to categorize the terrorist as an enemy combatant and has charged him with one count of using a weapon of mass destruction and one count of malicious destruction of property resulting in death.

The evidence appears to be overwhelming, according to sources.

But, despite the fact that very little evidence has been revealed...we're beginning to see a hoard of young followers of Dzhokhar (pronounced Johar) proclaiming his innocence. Some of Johar's fans tweeted the following:

"Call me crazy, but I know Jahar is innocent. There is no evidence whatsoever, you're all going by what the police SAID. #freejahar"

 

"America tells you to stand up for what you believe in, and that's exactly what I'm doing! #FreeJahar HE IS INNOCENT!!!!!!!"

 

"Don't believe everything you hear and see on the news. Governments have lied to us before. #FreeJahar He is an innocent man!!"

These are young kids, teens-twenties...who are, thanks to the NEA and the pop-culture, ill-informed and lack the ability to think critically. They are moved ONLY by their feelings. We're talking about a Muslim terrorist who is responsible (by his own boasting to the man he carjacked) for the death of 3 people, including an 8 year-old-boy, and the maiming and trauma of 130 other innocent people. 

Here's the scary part...it smacks of the fanatical fans of the cop killer Wesley Cook, aka Mumia Abu-Jamal...and his freakish fawners who began the 'Free Mumia' Movement.

Empire State Takes The Lead, Adolf Gives His Nod

So, the first of the new NYS Gun Laws have kicked in...the owners of guns now reclassified as "assault weapons" are required to register the firearms and new limits on the number of bullets allowed in magazines is 7 (OK, fellow NYers...you better be a marksman or else...).

What's next...now everyone extend the right arm to at least eye level, straighten the hand so that it is parallel to the arm and vigorously cry out, "Heil!"?

Now, if Leftists like Cuomo were sitting with their minions in a sandbox, behind their sandcastle making draconian proclamations against the kids they didn't like, I'd say, 'Aww those silly Libs'. But these puerile politicians are making insidious edicts circumventing our Constitutional rights. 

Not risible and ticking this NYer off to head-exploding levels...

Whether you like looking back at history or not, I believe you need to look the past straight in the face and see if there is anything to glean from it...to avoid making similar mistakes. And anyone with an ounce of integrity and an iota of intelligence...cannot avoid the following history info from the Nazi years...

Nazi Weapons Act of 1938 (from Gun Control: Gateway to Tyranny):

• Classified guns for "sporting purposes".

• All citizens who wished to purchase firearms had to register with the Nazi officials and have a background check.

• Presumed German citizens were hostile and thereby exempted Nazis from the gun control law.

• Gave Nazis unrestricted power to decide what kinds of firearms could, or could not be owned by private persons.

• The types of ammunition that were legal were subject to control by bureaucrats.

• Juveniles under 18 years could not buy firearms and ammunition.

And let's not forget the Gun Control Law Passed by the German Government one day After Kristallnacht (a pogrom [a series of coordinated attacks against Jews] throughout Nazi Germany and parts of Austria on November 9-10, 1938) according to Interior Minister Frick,  Berlin, November 11, 1938:

§1. Jews (§5 of the First Regulations of the German Citizenship Law of 14 November 1935, Reichsgesetzblatt I, p. 1333) are prohibited from acquiring, possessing, and carrying firearms and ammunition, as well as truncheons or stabbing weapons. Those now possessing weapons and ammunition are at once to turn them over to the local police authority.

§2. Firearms and ammunition found in a Jew's possession will be forfeited to the government without compensation.

§3. The Minister of the Interior may make exceptions to the Prohibition in §1 for Jews who are foreign nationals. He can entrust other authorities with this power.

§4. Whoever willfully or negligently violates the provisions of §1 will be punished with imprisonment and a fine. In especially severe cases of deliberate violations, the punishment is imprisonment in a penitentiary for up to five years.

§5. For the implementation of this regulation, the Minister of the Interior waives the necessary legal and administrative provisions.

§6. This regulation is valid in the state of Austria and in the Sudeten-German districts.

Remember: It's always easier to arrest an unarmed individual...

Think the example is too extreme for a 'civilized' and 'enlightened' society? The Nazis considered themselves civilized and enlightened...being the highest educated per capita on the earth, at that time. Hitler came to power in 1933 and one of his first acts was to legalize abortion. By 1935 Germany with 65 million people was the place where over 500,000 abortions were being performed each year. Civil? Enlightened?

And let's not forget what this administration considers to be potential terrorist threats: Gun Owners, Pro-Life Activists, Veterans, Advocates for Less Government and Advocates for Traditional Marriage. That would have made the following people potential terrorists and restricted from owning firearms: Mother Teresa, Ronald Reagan, The Pope and George Washington, to name a few...

The infantile cesspool of Libs that now rule NYS, and sadly, the Federal Government must be confronted, hindered and ultimately halted from wrapping their infected tentacles around this most precious freedom...with the intention to destroy it.

As We Lose Our Fortitude, A Swede Finds The Testicular Kind

The desire for liberty resides in man's DNA. It cries out from the depths of every heart, placed there by the Creator of liberty. Lovers of liberty know this as they know each breath. The peril begins when generations born in liberty lose a sense of its worth...and foolishly become Esau selling this incomparable gift for a pot of stew...like acceptance.

Sadly, the West has been doing this for decades. A practice of intellectual laziness which led them to a fool's table to feast upon a daily fare of false guilt, and slowly but surely they have allowed those of pernicious ideologies to cause them to shrink from truth and all that is good, for fear of being unpleasantly labeled.

And so we find ourselves in untenable positions globally. Europe is in the vanguard of this moral decline...led by poser parliamentarians of the people...all the way down the road to a tripling of the immigrant population of those following a deviant ideology cloaked in religion. A 'religion' that demands, by its bloodthirsty draconian fist, that ALL governments and peoples adhere to its precepts. 

That ideology, which birthed in 610 AD, is Islam. And it has among its fruit: Bigotry; misogyny, slavery, torture, murder...just to name a few...

Sweden, a country who's Muslim population has doubled since 2008, has been experiencing the harvest of the misnomered 'religion of peace'. Violent Muslim rape gangs (Oslo, Norway, Muslim immigrants were involved in two out of three rape charges in 2001, in Denmark the same, and even higher in the city of Copenhagen with 3 out of 4 rape charges), and arsonists are some of the assorted horrors Swedes have to contend with. Malmo, Sweden...where the Muslim population is now 25%...Jewish families are fleeing due to the threat of Muslim violence against them. Anyone who is a kafir (infidel or unbeliever in Islam) and even SPEAKS about Islam or their faux prophet, is subject to the harsh judgment of Muhammed's minions...which usually means death.

Few in the West have shown the mettle to confront these maniacal Mohammedans. But among the few in Europe, one intrepid artist deserves to be on display...

Many are aware of the controversy that arose in 2007 of the Muhammed cartoons. The artist is Lars Vilks. An intrepid Swede who holds a Ph.D. in art history from Lund University, and has worked at the Oslo National Academy of the Arts. Vilks was also a professor in art theory at the Bergen National Academy of the Arts. Though Vilks is an academically trained art theorist, he's a self-taught artist.

In 2007, he made a series of drawings depicting the Islamic prophet Muhammad as a roundabout dog. The drawings were initially intended to be shown at a local art exhibition at Tällerud in Värmland, Sweden in July 2007 but were removed from the exhibition by the organizers, expressing security concerns and fear of violence from Muslims (hmm...I thought Islam was a religion of peace). Several other venues refused the work, also citing the same concerns. 

The controversy picked up internationally following the publishing of one of the drawings by the Örebro-based regional newspaper Nerikes Allehanda to illustrate an editorial on self-censorship and freedom of religion. This publication led to protests from Muslim organizations in Sweden as well as condemnations from several foreign governments including Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Egypt, and Jordan, in addition to the Organization of the Islamic Cooperation (OIC), which also called for the Swedish government to take "punitive actions" against Vilks (and they weren't referring to a time-out). 

Following the controversy, Vilks was forced to live under police protection due to receiving several death threats, including a statement by the al-Qaeda-affiliated Islamic State of Iraq which had offered up to $150,000 for his assassination. But it didn't end there:

• March 9, 2010 - Colleen R. LaRose from the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania suburbs had her federal indictment unsealed charging her with trying to recruit Muslims to murder Vilks.

• March 9, 2010 - Seven people were arrested in the Republic of Ireland over an plot to assassinate Vilks. Police said those arrested were foreign-born Irish residents, mostly from Yemen and Morocco and had refugee status.

• May 11, 2010 - Muslim protesters assaulted Vilks while he was giving a lecture about free speech at Uppsala University.

• May 15, 2010 - Vilks' house in southern Sweden was attacked by arsonists.

• November 24, 2010 - a video produced by the Somali Islamic organization Al-Shaabab was sent out. In the video, a Swedish speaking voice appeals to "all the Somali brothers and sisters" in Sweden, to leave that country and come to Somalia to fight for Al-Shabaab. He also announces a death threat against Lars Vilks.

• December 12, 2010 - a suicide bomber in Stockholm said in a message to media and the Swedish Security Police that "Now will your children, daughters and sisters die the same way our brothers and sisters die. Our actions will speak for themselves. As long as you don't end your war against Islam and degradation against the prophet and your foolish support for the pig Vilks."

• September 10, 2011 - 3 Muslim men were arrested on suspicion of preparing to commit terrorist crimes in Gothenburg, Sweden. Two days after the arrest, the crime classification was changed to conspiring to murder. It was revealed a few days later that Vilks was the intended target of the 3 men.

Guess again...

Vilks has started the Roundabout Dog Tour (named after his first sketch of Muhammed's head on a dog's body). It's a Free Speech tour making stops all over Europe. PLUS, he's come out with 4 more paintings featuring Muhammed in classic works (Vermeer, Gentileschi, Sisters & Carravagio).

The man has righteous chutzpah...a fortitude of the testicular kind. Something woefully absent in the rest of the leadership of the West.

Here's hoping US leaders will take Vilks paradigm and begin standing up to the Islamic threat we are now faced with...instead of cowering behind the skirts of the media and world opinion.

In other words: Find your fortitude...the testicular kind!

We have friends and we have foes. Then there is the category of 'Pretend Friends'. The House of Saud falls under the latter. Their long-range goals, their draconian fiefdom, their Marxist-like system...all the antithesis to our Representative Republic and all democracies globally.

But no greater difference than this: How they barbarically diminish their women.

The Saudi Kingdom boasts a Wahhabist majority...Wahhabism is one of the most barbaric and purest forms of Muhammed's ideology. The philosophy of Wahhabism is nothing but Islam in its original intent...by it's founder. The Saudis spread this malignant movement globally since the 70s at the tune of about $100B (I'll bet your gas tank just cringed at that one). (An even stronger argument for the XL Pipeline)...

Winston Churchill warned against the Wahhabists in the 1920?s, calling them” intolerant, well armed and blood-thirsty” and they’ve continued to disseminate their vile vision of hell on earth until today. In the US, almost all the mosques are run by Wahhabi Imams, which receive constant infusion of petrodollars from the Saudis. We only discover these malevolent Mosques AFTER they have carried out their deeds for their deity.

So, what does this have to do with women?

With a list like that, I'm surprised women everywhere aren't clamoring to relocate to the Saudi fiefdom...

King Abdullah and his inbred gaggle of ghouls are some of the world's major misogynists. They are continually disseminating their anti-female filth, and feeding the twisted minds of males whose hearts have chosen hate over respect for God's creation (not Allah, the Moon god Muhammed swiped from the ancient pagans [Sumarians]).

The Saudi Kingdom has turned misogyny into an infamous Art...and their inspiration leaves the stench of sulfur, bringing us a continual miasmic milieu.

Germans Educate With Jew In A Box?

Berlin's Jewish Museum has a new exhibit: "The Whole Truth, everything you wanted to know about Jews"...which opened last month. The exhibit is more commonly known as "Jew in a Box." The purported purpose was to educate postwar generations. the exhibit involves a Jewish man or woman to sit inside a glass box for two hours a day through August to answer visitors' questions about Jews and Jewish life.

Really? So they thought this would educate visitors on Jews?

The creators of this idea apparently didn't brainstorm for very long... 

Germany's population is 82 million, of which there are less than 200,000 Jews. Few Germans born after World War II know any Jews or much about them. Why is that? Was the country who had the most educated population on earth at the time of the Holocaust, unable to educate their future generations about the abominations that they allowed to occur under Der Fuehrer? Why did Berlin's Jewish Museum feel the need to create such an exhibit? 

These are all legit questions that need to be pondered...and answered.

Clearly, there are many German's who possess great remorse for the atrocities that their countrymen committed during WWII, but the fact is: The same anti-Semitic attitude that existed, beneath the radar when Hitler came to power, was never eradicated in Germany. 

Here's some evidence...Selections of a study, subtitled "The Left Party: Between Anti-Zionist Anti-Semitism and the Wish to Govern," were published by the Frankfurter Rundschau newspaper, and noted by the Gatestone Institute. The report states: "A power has established itself within the parliamentary spectrum of the Left Party, which tolerates anti-Semitic positions...Our thesis is that anti-Zionist anti-Semitism has become the dominant consensus position within the German Left Party."  

Sidebar - Interesting how now the Left, here and globally, have become the new Fascists.

Add to that report, a poll taken by the Friedrich Ebert Foundation (associated with the SPD, the Social Democratic Party of Germany), which stated that 15.8% of German residents in the former East German part of the country identify themselves with the fascists, and subscribe to its beliefs, including hatred of Jews.

And few of them will be visiting the Jewish Museum to be 'educated'.

Germany's laws banning anti-Semitism are a good start, but the work is not finished. The country's education system should have dealt with this problem some time in the past 70 years since the Shoah. That failure has created the current and growing problem with anti-Semitism.

And until the German people come to grips with their erroneous perspective of the Jewish people...the precise one that gave Hitler the milieu necessary to commit genocide...no Jew will truly be safe in the Fatherland.

Want Peace? Stop The Blood Libel

It's Passover...a time precious to all Jews (and some Christians). It's a reminder of the power and compassion of the G-d of Israel and how He rescued His people out of the hands of the tyranny of the Egyptians (and I'm still waiting for reparations from 400 years of slavery, but that's for another article).

It's also the time of year when those with a visceral hatred for Jews bring out the sewage of their hearts in a Passover Blood Libel...just as traditional as their hate...

According to Algemeiner.com, MIFTAH's (The Palestinian Initiative for the Promotion of Global Dialogue and Democracy) founder PLO Official Hanan Ashrawi, published an article that continued the Blood Libel against the Jews. The Blood Libel is a hideous and erroneous claim that Jews use the blood of Christians for Passover rituals.

Sound ghoulish? Well, remember that these are the same people that raise their kids to strap an explosive accessory on themselves and blow themselves to smithereens, in order to kill as many Jews as possible. 

Sidebar: MIFTAH is funded by the UN and the Ford Foundation. Yes, that's right...the FORD Foundation, as in Ford Motor Company Founder Henry Ford. An infamous anti-Semite who was responsible for the publishing of the The Protocols of the Elders of Zion or The Protocols of the Meetings of the Learned Elders of Zion, which is an anti-Semitic hoax purporting to chronicle a Jewish plan for global domination. It was first published in Russia in 1903 and translated into numerous languages, and dispersed worldwide in the early part of the 20th century. Henry Ford funded the printing of 500,000 copies that were distributed throughout the US in the 1920s. (Ford Foundation divested itself from owning 90% of the shares in Ford Motor, between 1956-1974...but I STILL can't buy a Ford.)

The article in question was discovered by the pro-Israel blogger Elder of Ziyon and written by Nawaf al-Zaru on MIFTAH’s Arabic-language site. Here's the quote:

"Does Obama in fact know the relationship, for example, between “Passover” and “Christian blood” ..?!Or “Passover” and “Jewish blood rituals..?!Much of the chatter and gossip about historical Jewish blood rituals in Europe are real and not fake as they claim; the Jews used the blood of Christians in the Jewish Passover …"

And the Blood Libel continues...during a Jewish Holy Day. It's meant to incite more hatred and violence against Jews and further get the support for their hate-fest, by Christians. 

So, the Palestinian Authority says they want peace? Then let's start with the cessation of the filthy Blood Libel against the Jewish people. It's ostensible that the entire Muslim/Arab world needs deprogramming from the hate they have been fed since the womb, but given that this will take decades to do (if ever): Let's begin with this bloody bunk.

Monster Moms Of Islam

Former President Bush once erroneously stated that Islam holds the same values as the West, including "love of family". Well, that would completely depend upon how you define the word 'love', because according to the evidence: Islam's dictionary is the antithesis of ours.

Now, when you ponder a mother's love...what thoughts come to mind? Selflessness, nurturing, supportive, instructive and compassionate are some character traits attributed to mothers. But if a mother's love sees her son as fodder for 'martyrdom' rather than a precious gift from God...we've got problems...

The 'Mother of Martyrs' (MOM) died this week. No, not the kind of mom who encourages her children to be kind, humble and gracious to strangers, but a bizarre, hateful, twisted woman seething with visceral hate for Jews. A hatred SO great that she was willing to steal and sacrifice the lives of her sons to kill another Jew for her ghoul of a god, Allah.

The deceased was Mariam Farhat, a Palestinian lawmaker known as the "mother of martyrs" after 3 of her sons died in attacks against Israel, one of which was a suicide mission that she encouraged in a homemade video. She died on Sunday in Gaza City at the age of 64. She died from liver and bowel diseases, which is NO surprise considering the loathing she revisited like a dog to his vomit.

Farhat made a video in which she appeared with Mohammad (one of her sons) to show support for what he was about to do. She was quoted as saying, "I wish I had 100 boys like Mohammad...I’d sacrifice them for the sake of God."  In an interview with National Geographic a few years ago, she said concerning her sons, "I brought them up to be martyrs...to become martyrs for the name of Allah." (Two more of Ms. Farhat’s sons, Nidal and Rawad, later died in attacks on innocent Israeli civilians.)
 

Thanks, Mom...

I wish it were possible to say this is an isolated incident, but alas and alack...it's not.

A Lebanese woman by the name of Zahra Maladan, a professional editor of a magazine, had a son. And like most mothers, she had hopes and dreams for her son. But not hopes of him becoming a doctor, a lawyer or an engineer. Her hopes were that her son become a suicide bomber.

She even had words of counsel for her son at the funeral of bloodthirsty murderer Imad Mugniyah, "if you're not going to follow the steps of the Islamic resistance martyrs, then I don't want you."

Nice. Thanks, Mom...

Now, if you're not alarmed by this, you should be. You see, the real problem is not the suicidal terrorists out there now, it's the assembly line indoctrination by Muslim mothers of their kids: The terrorists of the future.

Muslim society does indeed teach children that there is nothing more honorable, and in myriad cases more quixotic, than dying in the fight against Israel and Jews. But the most influential voice in a child's young life is his mother's. She is writing on a blank slate of innocence, and what mother's like Ms. Farhat are writing are their children's demise. But not merely their demise, but death warrants for countless innocent people.

For our own safety, we'd better wake up and let that awakening be reflected in our representatives in Washington! It's not merely about what's out there, it's about what's coming. And the ideology of pure Islam dictates a new kind of mom with a perverse perspective on love and the value of life...the kind that the Free World calls hate.

Forget the monsters under the bed or in the closet...the monster moms of Islam are far more frightening than any our imaginations can concoct.

Jew-Free Buses, Why The Fuss?

Few of us in the US comprehend the perilous milieu that the tiny State of Israel must endure each day...since its rebirth in 1948. Surrounded on all sides by less than cordial neighbors, many who strive to push the inhabitants of the Jewish State, into the sea.

The numerous terrorist groups that have sprung up since 1948, have all but tag-teamed in a interminable string of terror attacks upon Jewish civilians in an apparent show of 'love' for their neighbors.

Recently, the Israeli government, via the Transportation Ministry, began operating designated lines for Palestinians in the West Bank. These buses would be for 'Palestinian' passengers ONLY. 

So, why would Israel make such a decision? Well, it could be that from 1995-2012, there have been 40 bus bombings by 'Palestinians' resulting in thousands of injuries and 435 fatalities of innocent Jewish men, women and children civilians.

That's 435 innocent Jewish civilians on buses containing 'Palestinians'. I'd say that's a very good reason to keep certain buses restricted to 'Palestinians'.

And yes, of course, the cries of racism began from the Palestinian Authority (PA). Interesting...because the PA, comprised of Hamas and Fatah...two terror groups...have made it unequivocal that they want NO Jews in PA-owned land. Abbas said, in 2010, "I will never allow a single Israeli to live among us on Palestinian land." In Nazi Germany it was known as Judenrein (free of Jews).

Question: Since the PA has made it clear that they do not want Jews in the land they stole from Israel, what's the problem with buses that meet their design? Shouldn't they be pleased? So, why the fuss?

Well, you see...if there are no Jews on the buses, they have no reason to blow them up! When you remove the target, you remove their life's goal.

This move by the Israeli government is one of national security. It's a move to prevent more crimes against humanity committed by 'Palestinians', and should be applauded by all who care about peace.

The buses were a move for the cause of peace. And isn't that what the 'Palestinians' keep saying they want...or is it?

Will Pope Francis Persuade Argentina To Repent?

There is an unequivocal difference between an apology and repentance. The dictionary states that the word repent means to feel such sorrow for sin or fault as to be disposed to change one's life for the better; be penitent. While apology means a defense, excuse, or justification in speech or writing, as for a cause or doctrine.

This distinction becomes more significant when dealing with one of the worst atrocities in world history...

The country that more Nazis and Nazi collaborators ran to after WWII was Argentina. There are several reasons that Nazis felt at home in Argentina:

1. Between 1885-1915, approximately 100,000 Germans emigrated to Argentina. This made it easy for Nazis to assimilate after the war.  

2. The president of Argentina during WWII, Juan Peron, was a known Nazi sympathizer (and so was his wife, Evita). 

3. Argentina had (and still has) incredibly strict extradition laws which have always made it almost impossible to get a criminal extradited from that country, so there were few worries they would be apprehended for their crimes. Argentina became their new Fatherland.

But their crimes against humanity were a matter of history...

In 2000, President Fernando de la Rua issued an apology for his country's role in harboring Nazi war criminals following WWII. BUT, this apology was issued only AFTER a report was released earlier that year by a government commission showing that successive Argentine governments helped give refuge to 180 Nazi war criminals.

So the apology was politically expedient...NOT genuine nor sincere. And remember: An apology requires no response, while repentance requires an active response...a change in direction.

It's therefore no surprise that an overwhelming majority of Argentineans as of 2011, have a negative view of Jews. A study,  "Attitudes Towards Jews in Argentina," was commissioned by the Anti-Defamation League and the Delegation of Argentinean Jewish Associations, It revealed that about 80% of Argentineans hold anti-Semitic views. This shows that the problem is serious, systemic and still remains...something a mere political bandage that was offered by President de la Rua, could not resolve.

Perhaps it's time for the former Archbishop of Buenos Aires, Pope Francis, to stand in the gap for Argentina. And ask the people to humble themselves, ask the world to forgive them for being willing accomplices, after the fact, to the Nazi regime and their crimes.

Until this occurs...their Catholicism is worth very little in the eyes of those that matter: The ones who suffered, their survivors and those carefully watching.

French Jew-Hate Rising: Vichy Wasn't Enough?

Everywhere that the ideology of Islam touches, suddenly begins a descent back to the Dark Ages...from where the ideology began. The period 1940-1944 is identified as the Dark Years in France. During these years, 650,000 civilian workers were deported to work in Germany; 75,000 Jews were deported to Auschwitz; 30,000 French civilians were shot as hostages or members of the Resistance, and another 60,000 were sent to concentration camps.

The milieu in that dark period for France was such that it permitted the willing takeover by the Nazi machine. The Vichy government, from where the Third Reich ruled, was an appeasement by the French...a fence sitting position for the French. It's been unequivocally proven that Islam had a hand in the Nazi Regime via the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, who helped Hitler craft 'the Final Solution'. Hitler's affinity for Islam had as one of its major elements: Jew hatred. The French surrender to the Nazis apparently was not too difficult a task, since there was an under-the-radar anti-Semitism present. 

Since the end of the war, little to nothing has been done to change the erroneous ambience that made the Nazis at home in Vichy. That sleeping giant of Jew-hatred is arising once again due to the influx of Muslim immigration to France.

Western Europe's home for the largest Jewish and Muslim populations is France. The Jewish Community Protection Service (SPCJ) reports a record rise of 58% in anti-Semitic incidents for 2012—a total of 614 compared to 389 in 2011. According to the Interior Ministry, 55% of racist violence in France in 2012 targeted Jews. One of those attacks was in Toulouse where Algerian-born Frenchmen Mohammed Merah murdered 7 at a Jewish school, including 3 children. Following that, 2 separate attacks on Jews in Marseille attempted to 'finish the job of Merah'. One attack was on a 17-year-old Jewish youth wearing a kipa. He was attacked by four male Muslim gang members who shouted "It’s Shabbat for you, long live Mohamed Merah! F*** the Jews…. Palestine will win!" 

Add to that, the Mayor of Bezons, a Paris suburb, honored Majdi al-Rimawi with honorary citizenship. Rimawi was sentenced to life in prison for his role in the 2001 murder of tourism minister Rehavam Zeevi. Mayor Dominique Lesparre claimed, in the city's newsletter, that honoring Rimawi was a "strong political act" related to the "colonization of the Palestinian people."

But, OOPSIE...he never mentioned the murder. Now, how does one make a mistake like that unless they are predisposed to indifference to the Jewish State...or, perhaps, to Jews in general.

This is not an ancillary issue but one that must be tackled at the heart of the French government. France's history has a loathsome aroma concerning its Jewish population. It's up to the leadership to stamp this out. And with a rising Muslim population, ignoring this will breed more Mohammed Merahs and beyond.

Here's a question: Wasn't Vichy enough? I think so...

One of the ideals and hopes we have as Americans is equality under the law. Whatever is written into our laws is applied equally to all citizens. 

Now, when it comes to espionage, there are different thresholds for different crimes against our nation, all dependent upon the damage to national security. Understandable indeed. But, when we find that there is a severe inequity in our treatment of spies from enemy States over friendly States...and an apparent favoritism of the former...we have an issue that must be resolved post haste.

Case in point: In 1985, Jonathan Pollard was indicted on one charge: One count of passing classified information to an ally, without intent to harm the United States. He was sentenced to Life in prison. 

This was unprecedented.

No one in US History has ever received a life sentence for passing classified information to an ally, except Jonathan Pollard. He was never accused of, or indicted for treason. Nor was he ever indicted for harming the US. His only indictment was one count of passing classified information to an ally. The normal sentence this charge carries is 2 to 4 years. Yet, lacking benefit of trial and as the result of a government-violated plea agreement, Pollard received the same sentence as the infamous Aldrich Ames...a high-ranking CIA employee (the chief of counter intelligence in Eastern Europe and the USSR) who spied for the Soviet Union and was indicted for treason. A traitor who gave critical defense secrets to a US enemy, which resulted in the deaths of at least 11 US agents.

That screams inequity to me...

For your comparison, here are a few examples of how sentences were meted out to those who spied for:

American Allies - Peter Lee spied for China received 1 year in halfway house/ J. Reece Roth spied for China & Iran received 4 years/ Samuel Morison spied for Great Britain received 2 years (served 3 months)/ Philip Selden spied for El Salvador received 2 years/ Robert Kim spied for South Korea received 9 years.

American Enemies - Elsa Alvarez spied for Cuba received 3 years/ Mohammed Reza Alavi spied for Iran received 15 months/ Brian Horton spied for the Soviet Union received 6 years/ Hassan Abu-Jihaad spied for Al-Qaida received 10 years/ Troung Dinh Ung spied for North Vietnam received 15 years/ James Hall spied for Soviet Union & East Germany received 40 years/ Robert Hanssen spied for Soviet Union received Life sentence.

These few examples show a stark inequity of punishment for the crimes committed by Pollard. Additionally, the treatment of Pollard while incarcerated has been abhorrent. Pollard spent 7 years in solitary confinement. Jonathan Stuart Grassian, a psychiatrist who studies solitary confinement, found that common effects of solitary confinement include increased sensitivity to stimuli, hallucinations, and other changes in perception, as well as cognitive problems including memory loss, difficulty thinking, and impulsiveness. Those are the results for a much briefer period of solitary.

Pollard was also unjustly held for a year in a mental asylum for the criminally insane (which may have been the result of the prolonged period of solitary). There, he was routinely deprived of his clothing and eyeglasses in attempts to degrade and crush him. 

The question is why? What's the reasoning for this cruel treatment? Why this interminable sentence? The disparity between this punishment and the sentences for other similar offenders, is immense.

It's time for our nation to show mercy to this man. And since Mr. Obama portrays himself to be a great friend to the Jewish State, why not show that friendship in a magnanimous move to either commute his sentence or straight out pardon Pollard?

Because, according to the Judeo-Christian Scriptures: Mercy is better than sacrifice (Hosea 6:6).

Kerry: Just As Fakakte* As His Boss

Well, Sec. of State John Kerry is off to a stupid start. And I say that with all due respect to the office...

His first speech was at the University of Virginia...where he spoke of the American "sacred" duty to address climate change for future generations (I'm sorry, I missed that one in our Founding documents). "Sacred"...really? That's odd terminology for a political representative to use. Not to mention disturbing, unless you are an Earth worshipper.

Then Kerry took off to Berlin...and displayed his lack of vast knowledge on religion and religious freedom. Kerry said, "In America, you have a right to be stupid." Well, THAT was a stupid thing to say...

That's his understanding of religious freedom in the US? If Kerry would have cracked a book and studied his predecessors, like Thomas Jefferson, our first Sec. of State, he would have understood (which he does not) the critical importance of religious freedom. Jefferson said regarding this issue, "For I have sworn upon the altar of God eternal hostility to every form of tyranny over the mind of man."

I mention this quote due to the drivel that Kerry offered next...

Kerry:

"You have intolerance in a number of different kinds of religions or points of view in different things. I know that Islam is not represented by a lot of jihadists and others. I know it’s a beautiful religion. I’ve read more and more about it."

He's reading a book...now that's encouraging, but wait...

Kerry continued:
"I’ve been reading a book recently called No god but God, which is the history of the Prophet and where he came from and how it developed as a religion. It’s fascinating. The book he referred to is on the Useful Idiots reading list...it's written by Reza Aslan, an unofficial Iranian regime operative who researcher/scholar Robert Spencer calls a, "quintessential example of a deceptive Islamic supremacist who is widely taken as a "moderate," and is thus a good illustration of how people can be taken in by such snake-oil peddlers."  In other words, he's a taqiyya-practicing Muslim (lies for the sake of Islam). Aslan is a Board member of the National Iranian American Council, and is regarded as an apologist for the Islamic Republic of Iran. Aslan has also requested that the U.S. Government negotiate with Ahmadinejad and Hamas...the head of a State Sponsor of Terrorism and a group listed on the State Dept. list of Terrorist Organizations.

Sounds moderate to me...

Over 20,000 deadly terror attacks have been committed by Islamic terrorists globally since 9/11. That's not "beautiful" but barbaric, Mr. Kerry.

Kerry clearly fits this fakakte* administration to a T. Like the bumbling Count Jester Biden, he'll keep us both amused and worried.

I will say Kerry was right about one thing: You have a right to be stupid in America...and he's already thoroughly proved that.

Will Obama Encourage The Third Intifada?

In just 2 1/2 weeks, Obama will land at Ben Gurion International Airport in Israel...something the self-proclaimed greatest helper of Israel of all American Presidents, has never seen necessary to do in over 4 years. Sounds more like an aversion than an affinity for the Jewish State to me...

The man (not representing the majority of American sentiment for Israel) has worked diligently to diss the Israeli PM (detailed in earlier articles). He has helped Israel's enemies keep the boot on Israel's neck concerning surrender of more Jewish Land. And more recently, he's been working overtime to arm the country whose new Parliament considers Israel its #1 enemy, with 16 F-16s and 200 Abrams tanks. How should Israel take that...as more from the Helper-in-Chief?

Israeli's Army Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Benny Gantz is recommending preparations for a Third Intifada (Palestinian uprising). There have been signs for some time that the Palestinian Authority (PA) was stirring up their minions to push the Israelis once again.

Obama Visits Israel OR When Satan Came To Town

Well, well, well...over four years after taking office, the 'friend' of Israel is finally visiting the Jewish State. Why did he wait so long? Did he have trouble finding it on a map? The smartest man in the room was unable to figure out how to work his GPS or Google Earth?

No, there's no lack of comprehension nor mistake on Obama's part. The President's deliberate avoidance of visiting our only ally in the Middle East is no surprise to those of us who were paying attention since he declared his candidacy in 2007.

You'd have to be either incredibly stupid or intentionally blind not to have seen this administration's disdain and disrespect for Jews and the Jewish State. The empirical evidence is overwhelming. Not including the reprehensible acts and attitudes by Obama's minions, here's just a sampling of his detestable menu of machinations:

• Obama spent 20+ years under the close tutelage of a man, Jeremiah Wright, who spewed hatred toward Jews for years in his sermons and included on the "Pastor's Page" in 2007 of his church newsletter, this remark from a member of Hamas: "I must tell you that Israel was the closest ally to the white supremacists of South Africa. In fact, South Africa allowed Israel to test its nuclear weapons in the ocean off South Africa. The Israelis were given a blank check: they could test whenever they desired and did not even have to ask permission. Both worked on an ethnic bomb that kills Blacks and Arabs." 

• Obama's friend Wright also helped lead the anti-Semitic Global March to Jerusalem...and Obama said nothing to dissuade him or renounce his acts.

• Obama has great respect for Robert Malley, Mideast Director of the International Crisis Group (ICG). Over the years, Malley has penned numerous articles and op-eds condemning Israel, vindicating Palestinians, urging the U.S. to disengage from Israel, and recommending that America reach out to negotiate with its traditional Arab enemies such as Syria, Hezbollah, and Hamas.

• Obama chose an anti-Semitic military advisor, General Merrill "Tony" McPeak.

• Obama has repeatedly removed Israel from the list of countries struck by terrorism.

• Obama chose Ingrid Mattson, leader of a Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated group ISNA (Islamic Society of North America), to recite a prayer during his January 2009 inauguration.

• Obama has chosen a new Secretary of Defense (Chuck Hagel), with, what some would argue, a clear anti-Jewish past. 

• Obama has blamed Israel for the terror committed against it, and made that accusation through Biden, Panetta & Hillary.

• Obama has attempted to 'fundamentally transform' the meaning of Passover by comparing the Muslim uprising to the Exodus. (Huh??)

Obama has dissed the Israeli PM Binyamin 'Bibi' Netanyahu as no US President has ever dared to...and more than once:

• Obama failed to give Bibi the respect due a world leader...he would not allow any photos taken with the PM (but had no problem posing with the thug-o-crat Chavez in the past). Obama did the same to Bibi on another occasion...a public insult, and intended as such.

• Upon reluctantly meeting with Bibi at the White House, Obama handed the PM 13 demands, key among those were a call to halt all new settlement construction in East Jerusalem (which belongs to Israel). According to the London Telegraph, when the Israeli PM delayed, Obama arose from his seat stating: "I'm going to the residential wing to have dinner with Michelle and the girls." And as he departed, Netanyahu was told to contemplate the error of his ways. 

So, Obama's finally going. The timing reveals a few things:

• He's not doing it out of respect for the Jewish State or their leadership...he has none for either.

• He's doing it for a legacy. 

He's already accomplished what he wanted with the US, by crushing our economy, diminishing our defense forces and becoming the  healthcare proxy for granny and the kids. Now he wants to be the Messiah for all the sycophantic Jihadis in the Middle East by injecting venom into Bibi's ability to gather a coalition government...and help get an acquiescent leader into Israel that will fold like a cheap camera for a few faux promises.

So, Bibi...don't be fooled by his Cheshire cat smile...the Devil takes many shapes and forms: And you know THIS Devil.

Weeniewood: Mocking Jesus, Never Muhammed

Who doesn't like an Action/Adventure flick every once in a while? Hollywood LOVES to show off its muscle in every Action movie...you know, give 'em blood and gore, they'll want a whole lot more! But with all their Tough-Guy flicks, their recent parody on SNL (Saturday Night Live) proves...

Tinseltown is nothing but: Weeniewood!

NBC (just in time for Lent) parodied director Quentin Tarantino's "Inglorious Bastards" and the more recent "Django Unchained," over the weekend with a repugnantly violent, fictitious movie trailer (skit) about Jesus wreaking bloody retribution upon the Romans who killed him, titled: DJesus Uncrossed. 

Oh those guys are such a bunch of kidders...trashing the central Figure of Christianity...it's such a knee-slapper!! After all, the TRUE religion of peace is safe, since no Biblical Christian will call for your death...or try to slaughter you.

So, the question arises: Well, for the sake of fairness, when is the trailer for Muhammed Goes Postal coming out? (Actually, he himself led 72 bloody campaigns against infidels like you and me, so that would be a documentary, not a parody.)

Have you seen a movie or TV skit critical or sarcastic about Muhammed? Of course not. In fact, you will NEVER see a flick with Muhammed in it, unless it is lying about who he was. But why, pray tell?

Because behind the writing, staging and post-production...they are lily livered invertebrates! As the bullies (the real cowards) they are...it's always easier to shove those who won't shove back. Mock those who won't retaliate. That describes the maturity of Christians.

But...it does NOT describe the violent tendencies of the followers of Muhammed and the Quran. If you happen to be an unbeliever in Islam...your death is called for if you even SPEAK Muhammed's name, no less mock him. And Hollywood knows this...and pulls up its frilly little bloomers and runs like little girls at the mention of mocking Allah's maniacal minion.

So up the sleeve of all those tough-guys is, in reality, a limp wrist? Yuppers...that's the result of no backbone.

Weeniewood: If you want my last vestige of respect, stop going back to WWII for your content. The Nazis are history. Try focusing on the present and reality...

Adoring Dorner: Liberals Can't Be Evil

So the mad monster, who made his foundation the unhinged whimsy of the Left, is now a Crispy Critter. Finally...

But what was revealed during the chase of this evil-doer was what the Left really thinks of itself and its ideology.

Creepy Christopher Dorner loved liberalism. It was unequivocal in his Manifesto. He lavished accolades upon Lefty media minions and heralded Obama and his crew. CNN and MSNBC did a quid pro quo with Dorner...he loved them...and they loved him right back. It just gives the nearest Kool-Aid drinker a thrill up their leg...ooOOOOooo

Meanwhile, four innocent people lay dead, numerous injured...all because a liar, who received justice for his lies, couldn't be a man and take it. He knew he lied, and when found guilty, the Lefty felt...as all Lefties do, since they and their worldview is superior to their opposition: Nothing evil they do is actually evil. They are too good to be evil. 

Liberalism has two rules:

1. Liberals are always right.

2. If a Liberal is wrong, refer to rule one.

Sounds a whole lot like the Muslim terrorists we infidels are in constant defense against. They believe, via the Quran, that they are superior to the infidel. Therefore anything they do in their battle with us...that would ordinarily be perceived as evil: Is just, right and fair.

Hence, the Left's perception, and coverage, of Dorner. His battle was with non-Liberals. Their worldview is inferior, therefore by whatever means possible...get justice. 

Saul Alinsky (a man who sent a thrill up Obama's leg) once said in Rules For Radicals (page 24): "The man of action views the issue of means and ends in pragmatic and strategic terms. He has no other problem; he thinks of his actual resources and the possibilities of various choices of action. He asks of ends only whether they are achievable and worth the cost; of means, only whether they will work."

Slaughtering innocent people to get your way...or get 'justice'...apparently made Dorner an Alinsky's "man of action". Nice.

And as 'Rev.' Al always shrieks: No justice, no peace...and Dorner now has an eternity of the later...

And that's what I call justice!

Brennan: Confirming A Chink In Our Armor

We're about to have a new CIA Director. Up on the confirmation block: John Brennan. He's currently Obama's chief counterterrorism adviser, the Drone Czar...of Obama's killer Drone program. 

Now, this is the administration that's vehemently against enhanced interrogation techniques (which it considers harsh, yet has provided critical info on terrorists)...but has NO problem blowing up terrorists and killing innocent civilians in the process. And those civilians include children.

Some totals for Drone attacks in Pakistan from 2009-2011: 

• 2009 - 122 civilian deaths, including 39 children 

• 2010 - 214 civilian deaths, including 20 children

• 2011 - 137 civilian deaths, including 11 children

For Pakistan alone (excluding Yemen & Somalia), from 2009-2011, a total 473 civilians were killed by these strikes, including 70 children.  I included the total of children killed because, after all...with Libs: It's all about the children!

The drone vs. enhanced interrogation is not the only problem...

Brennan has many more troubling issues not widely known. According to a former colleague in the FBI, when Brennan was stationed in Saudi Arabia, he converted to Islam. Problem? For me, yes, due to the ideology. But for a PC-infested government, no. So, why is Brennan in the closet about his Muslim faith? (I could ask the same question of Grover Norquist, but I that's for another article.) Isn't Brennan proud of his new 'faith'? His boss has an affinity for it, so what's the problem?

Quite noticeable in the video of Brennan speaking Arabic to a Muslim audience was his change in demeanor when he touched his heart saying "Inshallah" translated Allah willing...

It's clear that there is a serious and surreptitious problem with Brennan. Is he a Muslim hiding his identity from his infidel audience, using the doctrine of Taqiyya (lying to infidels for the sake of Islam)? His emotional response in taking umbrage for a completely legit question from Jim Robbins, is disturbing at least. Why did he refuse to answer? Did the question expose his paltering? Does he now don the thin-skinned veneer of terror-linked miscreants like CAIR, when you get too close to the facts?

If our leaders confirm Brennan for this critical national security position, they will have blood on their hands of whatever emanates from a man who fawns over a perverse ideology. A man, who conceals that he's a follower of the 'faith' that is responsible for some of the most heinous crimes against humanity in the last 1,400 years (remember...Hitler also had an affinity for Islam).

Confirming a chink in our armor is insidious. Here's hoping our representatives will not, in ignorance, allow these red flags to pass and eventually merge into a sea of innocent American blood. And make no mistake: If the Senate says "yay"...they will be accomplices to whatever his deeds may be.

Source Of Our Woes: One Flew Over The Liberals' Nest

The rhetoric concerning guns, the 2nd Amendment and mass shootings are focused on the wrong target. Those who feel (and I stress 'feel' since the arguments are based on emotion and void of facts) stricter gun laws would make everyone safer, may sound reasonable, but is neither rational nor carries any empirical evidence to support it.

The real problem we now face, is another product of the 1960's rebellion. One based in nihilistic and self-serving worldviews that tainted all of academia. But none so perniciously as those against Psychiatry and the Mental Health Sciences.

We are replete, not only in NYC but in all cities, towns and villages across this nation...with a variety of mentally ill individuals among us thanks to the influence of several individuals. Psychiatrists David Cooper (South African trained Marxist revolutionary, working in Britain), R. D. Laing (from Scotland), Theodore Lidz (from America), Silvano Arieti (from Italy), but most influential in the US: Dr. Thomas Szasz. 

One of their arguments was that "schizophrenia" and psychosis were understandable, and resulted from injuries to the inner self-inflicted by psychologically invasive "schizophrenogenic" parents or others; it was sometimes viewed as a transformative state attempting to cope with a sick society. 

In other words: Being sane in an insane place. People trying to adjust to a crazy world, which made them 'appear' crazy. Those who were unable to cope with everyday life were seen as sane victims, in a sick society. 

The answer from anti-Psychiatry believers? Set them free...they can take care of themselves.

This anti-psychiatry movement was the catalyst that brought about President John F. Kennedy's Community Mental Health Act of 1963, which led to the release of many mentally ill into our everyday communities. Today, between 30-50% of homeless people in the United States are people with mental illness. This push for deinstitutionalization had many advocates, but few as diligent as Thomas Szasz (and Citizens Commission on Human Rights [CCHR], an institution set up by Scientology and Szasz). 

Anti-psychiatry advocates spread their corrupt ideas in many ways throughout society. One of those proponents was author Kenneth Kesey, who wrote "One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest". The book, play and movie were based partially on Laing's thinking. Kesey didn't believe that these patients were insane, but rather that society had pushed them out because they didn't fit the traditional ideas of how people were expected to act and behave. He used entertainment to portray an anti-psychiatry philosophy leading to a public disapproval with residential mental facilities resultant in further deinstitutionalization policies.

These 'progressive' thinkers viewed mentally ill individuals as having their dignity and freewill diminished by being categorized "mentally ill" and being confined. Their influence spread to Liberal academia and further infected politicos, who to this day continue to close State mental health facilities and release these perniciously unstable people into our midst...and the result has been catastrophic. Incident after incident of people being pushed in front of subway trains (147 last year), bludgeoned with a brick (Times Square 1999), mass murderers (Sandy Hook, Columbine, Aurora, etc), and more recently the shooting death of Chris Kyle & Chad Littlefield in TX by a mentally unstable man (who wanted to kill himself and his family in Sept., was institutionalized and released). All these found to have mental illness confirmed by their actions toward others and themselves. 

So, what do many of these mentally ill do now that they're not inpatients? Well, your local State social workers drop them off at Malls, shopping centers and restaurants. They have even given them tickets to fly south for warmer climates. Isn't that precious?

Now, I believe in personal responsibility. Every individual is responsible for their behavior. That being said...having people who are clearly unable to function normally and are in need of therapy AND medication...I believe it is appropriate and condign to place a great deal of blame upon Liberals and their policies. These suffering individuals are being kept from leading normal lives because they are being used as pawns in another social experiment of the Left's failed ideology. Strategies that are favorable toward miscreants and any element of society that just might hurt innocent people.

The bottom line is this: Our woes have a source. It's not a weapon that can be locked and loaded. It's a disastrous ideology that continues to be implemented, expecting different results...yet the results remain the same.

Quartet's Interminable Cacophony: Road Map Phase I

Our culture...and world...is filled with a plethora of foolish timewasters. I guess that can always be said of mankind because of its nature. Fads/trends in music, fashion, dance and entertainment...distractions that can be costly but fleeting and benign. They affect the population in a cursory manner. We all indulge, but rarely are the consequences grave.

But, when leaders...and the so-called sage among us...band together to create serious plans that affect matters of life and death, based NOT upon facts but rather upon idealized notions which have no foundation in reality: EVERYONE will pay the piper.

Such is the case with the now infamous Quartet on the Middle East (UN, US, EU & Russia). After 54 sessions, spanning from 2002-2012, the misguided orchestra of political virtuosos devised a plan that has YET to be implemented. Their brilliant plan was the Road Map for Peace.

There's one itsy bitsy problem with the map: The very first part of the first sentence of Phase I has been ignored by the Palestinians. And that avoidance has been shared by the Map's designers.

Here's it is: 

Phase I (as early as May 2003): End to Palestinian violence; Palestinian political reform; Israeli withdrawal from Palestinian cities and freeze on settlement expansion; Palestinian elections.

This phase was to be implemented "as early as 2003". The first requirement? "End to Palestinian violence."

This has NEVER occurred. NEVER! 

From Israel's rebirth in 1948, the Jewish State's Arab/Muslim neighbors have brutally attacked the tiny nation and its civilians. The attacks have been interminable...though few have been reported in the Western media. And the so-called cease-fire or truces don't count...these are Islamic Hudnas. A hudna is more of an intermission. The show of violence directed toward civilians will continue WHEN the Islamists are refueled, rearmed and refreshed.

When the duly elected Islamic government of the PA (Palestinian Authority) complies, I'll tune back into the performance. Because so far, it's one bloody cacophony!

Benghazi Rhetoric: The New Normal

If anyone had the displeasure to sit through the Benghazi Hearings...an exercise in futility...you were treated to what appears now to be their new normal talking points concerning any Embassy attack that happens under this president.

On Friday, in Ankara, Turkey...a homicide-bomber detonated a bomb outside the US Embassy, killing himself and an Embassy guard. Al-Qaeda, or a proxy of Iran, is suspected. But the media, in cooperation with Turkey's officials, said the bombing was linked to a leftist domestic militant.

Now get ready for a shocker...the White House and U.S. State Department said it's too early to determine who is behind the bombing. Why that sounds awfully familiar. Isn't that what this same White House and State said about Benghazi...months after the attack?

But perhaps they should just go with the now former Sec. of State, Hillary Clinton's brilliant statement: "What difference does it make?"

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said, "We strongly condemn what was a suicide attack against our embassy in Ankara...officials "do not know at this point who is responsible or the motivations behind the attack." 

Oh, I don't know, Jay...Valentine's Day is coming...maybe it was a love crime. 

For an administration that constantly lauds itself, and it's members, as being the most intelligent people in the room...why repeat this fatuous rhetoric? How is it that they are incapable of connecting simple dots? 

• These fiends loathe us because this is part of their worldview.

• Their barbaric frame of reference dictates that they inflict fear (which is terror) via violence, to get their way.

They are unequivocal about who they are (Jihadists), and what they want to do (destroy us), so scratching your head on this is equivalent to scratching your tukis: You get the same result...Bupkis!

State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland said U.S. officials were "working closely with the Turkish national police to make a full assessment of the damage and the casualties, and to begin an investigation."

"Begin an investigation"? My GOSH...it appears, like Libya, these "investigations" are interminable. They never appear to come to a complete conclusion (as evidenced with Benghazi). 

The American people deserve leaders that actually possess active gray matter and are capable of discerning the plain facts, so we as a country, are assured proper national defense. This is the LEAST we should expect from those given such venerable positions in our Republic.

This new normal rhetoric concerning anything that just might be connected to Islamic terrorism, is insulting to Americans. Despite this administration's sad assessment of America's grasp of who our enemy is: We actually KNOW who they are.

Now, Mr. President...how about you and yours?

The PA: Blasting Their Way To Israel's Heart

Let's try this scenario: Someone in your workplace says, "I want part of your cubicle and I want to work next to you, all you need do is say yes. If you don't, I will violently attack you, your family and friends until you agree." And they begin and continue to murder, maim and terrorize your world. And others, not involved in the situation, are pressuring YOU to comply in order to have peace in the office. No pressure on the perps, but rather on the victim. 

What would you do? And what kind of neighbors/colleagues would they make? How would they negotiate their way through problems...with terror tactics until you acquiesce? What do you make of those pressuring you to surrender to these thuggish tactics? Does this appear rational? 

Well, that is precisely what has been happening since the day of Israel's rebirth as a nation. Their Arab/Muslim neighbors...who vehemently resisted Israel's land being returned to the Jews...have terrorized the tiny Jewish State since its restoration. 

Sadly, even US administrations who have been staunch allies of the Jewish State, have...in the face of the interminable violence against innocent Jews...pressured Israel to surrender their land for nonexistent peace. And yet, despite the empirical evidence proving land-for-peace is an unmitigated failure...world governments, including the US, continue to pressure the victim to surrender instead of the perp to cease. 

And so the game continues with different players...

Sec. of State nominee, Sen. John Kerry, is already making his voice heard on the Mideast peace talks. At his confirmation hearing he said, "My hope is...my prayer is that perhaps this can be a moment where we can renew some kind of effort to get the parties into a discussion to have a different track than we have been on over the last couple of years."

Hope and reality are world's apart, in this instance. Since Kerry will be speaking on behalf of this administration, NOTHING will change in their perspective on Israel and the Palestinian Authority (PA). Obama's peeps have been mum on the daily violence perpetrated against Israel and their civilians, and they will again twist Israel's arm on the non-issue of Jews building on Jewish land.

More innocent Israelis will be brutalized and/or die, the perps of the PA and their ilk will again escape culpability for the hostile milieu. And the world will again join in a cacophony of veiled hate allowing the PA to show 'neighborly love' the only way they know how: By blasting their way to Israel's heart.

Here we go for four more hopeless and changeless years...

If you were waiting with baited breath for the Benghazi hearings on Capital Hill for truth to be revealed...you're about to pass out...

The House and Senate Hearings were a grandiose display of the spinelessness of the former Grand Old Party.

The revolting display of fawning fools from the GOP was enough to be a mass emetic! With the exception of Sen. Rand Paul...and Senators Johnson and McCain (in a minor way), you would have thought it was the Hillary 2016 campaign committee. There were so many tongues licking her boots, her foot looked like a Medusa...

The interminable accolades emanating from the mouths of the GOP members looked more like a DNC convention than a fact-finding mission. 

Besides a few legit questions, which were sandwiched in-between kisses, the House Hearing was not worth the time. The few that showed some moxie were in the Senate. 

The first credit (and a minor one) goes to Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI), who began to directly grill Sec. of State Hillary Clinton with this exchange:

Sen. Johnson: "We were misled that there were supposedly protests and then something sprang out of that, and assaults sprang out of that. And that was easily ascertained that that was not the fact. The American people could have known that within days, and they didn't know that."

Clinton: “With all due respect, the fact is we had four dead Americans. Was it because of a protest, or was it because of guys out for a walk one night who decided they’d go kill some Americans? What difference, at this point, does it make?” 

Sen. Johnson did not respond, tragically.

The second credit goes to Senator John McCain, who is good friends with Clinton...so you know it was a wee bit softball, but nonetheless he held her feet to the fire. He did ask one poignant question: "Were you aware of the classified cable from Chris Stevens that the US Consulate in Benghazi could not survive a sustained assault?"

She wasn't...how convenient....

Undoubtedly, the only one who spoke truth to power was Sen. Rand Paul: "One of the things that disappointed me most about the original 9/11 is that no one was fired. We spent trillions of dollars, but there were a lot of human errors. These are judgment errors and the people who make judgment errors need to be replaced, fired, and no longer in the position of making these judgment calls. So, we have a review board -- review board finds 64 different things that we can change. A lot of them are common sense and should be done, but the question is it's a failure of leadership that they weren't done in advance. And four lives were cost because of this. I'm glad that you're accepting responsibility. I think that, ultimately, with your leaving, you accept the culpability for the worst tragedy since 9/11. And I really mean that. Had I been president at the time, and I found that you did not read the cables from Benghazi, you did not read the cables from Ambassador [Chris] Stevens, I would have relieved you of your post. I think it's inexcusable. 

"Not to know of the request for securities, really, I think, cost these people their lives," he added. "Their lives could have been saved had someone been more available. Had someone been aware of these things -- more on top of the job."

One Senator unequivocally cared enough about these 4 lives, to tell the truth, demand real answers...and to hold Clinton accountable. One Senator. ONE! Is this what we all hauled our tired tukises over to the polls, to receive?

I love naive people...they approach the world in such a childlike manner. The only problem occurs when they are in a position of authority...and we, and our friends, receive the consequences of their actions. 

Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi said in 2010: "No reasonable person can expect progress on this track. Either (you accept) the Zionists and everything they want, or else there is war. This is what the occupiers of the land of Palestine know – these blood suckers who attack the Palestinians, these warmongers, these descendants of apes and pigs." 

This statement has never voluntarily been renounced or retracted by Morsi. Sadly, it took the NY Times to bring attention to Morsi's statements before he became president, for the State Dept. to address this issue.

Egyptian authorities subsequently issued two statements, the first of which said the comments were taken out of context, but stressed Morsi's commitment to full respect for religions and freedom of belief and worship. Their second statement said the Egyptian government rejects "all forms of discrimination and incitement to violence or hostility on the basis of religion."

Hmm...72% of the Egyptian government are extreme supporters of Sharia Law which does NOT permit religious tolerance of any religion except Islam, so their second statement is moot. But some segments of our government have more faith in their words...

State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland told reporters: "That statement was an important first step to make clear that the type of offensive rhetoric that we saw in 2010 is not acceptable, not productive, and shouldn't be part of a democratic Egypt."  

Really, Ms. Nuland? "An important first step?" 

First, these statements did NOT come from Morsi. Second, they engaged in paltering. The comments were NOT taken out of context. In what context would they have been appropriate? This is what Morsi believes and that's precisely why he made those comments.  

Nuland continued: "That said, we look to President Morsi and Egyptian leaders to demonstrate in both word and in deed their commitment to religious tolerance and to upholding all of Egypt's international obligations."

That statement clearly demonstrates that the State Dept. is utterly clueless to the true nature of the Muslim Brotherhood, their history or their commitment to their creed: "Allah is our objective; the Quran is our constitution, the Prophet is our leader; Jihad is our way; and death for the sake of Allah is the highest of our aspirations."

To Ms. Nuland and her low-info comrades: Your naiveté may be quaint to your colleagues, but it is highly pernicious to the US and our only Middle Eastern ally, Israel. Diplomatically admonishing a Muslim terrorist is like spitting in the wind...and your faces have unequivocally been drenched.

By now, most people have heard of the fairytale cyber-romance of the Notre Dame Star and his Stanford sweetheart. And thanks to Deadspin.com, we know it was a ruse. 

Putting aside whether Manti Te'o was part of this scam or was duped...or, as the 'nobody ever sins, they're just sick' crowd is putting it, he probably has delusional disease...one must wonder: How, in an age of the greatest access to information, did major media outlets end up with egg on their faces?

Were these journalists so mesmerized by this athlete that they forgot how to type or do a simple search?  Or was it a case of pre-senile dementia?

Or, perhaps, it was something more pervasive and crippling that kept these fearless reporters from fighting for "truth, justice and the American way"?

I believe it was the latter...a paralysis created by individuals riddled with guilt. A type of guilt felt by some white people for the racist treatment of people of color by some whites historically. Today we refer to this as 'White Guilt'.

White Guilt is the only rational explanation why professional and well-respected news organizations such as ESPN and Sports Illustrated would report repeatedly on a story...following it for months/years...and never bother to discover whether ANY of the story or characters were real.

Would this have happened if Tim Tebow had done this?  Um...no freakin' way!! They would be digging so deep, we'd know his BMs since he was 5 years old. Why? Because Tebow is white. Why wasn't an investigation done on Te'o? Because Te'o is NOT white.

Ahhh...welcome to the NEW America, where they cure and recompense historical racism WITH racism. Nice...

Of course, all these Sports Networks are scrambling now...looking for a skirt to hide under. Someone will pay for duping these geniuses. They may not even realize why they did what they did with Te'o, having been conditioned by progressives in the media all their lives...but a lesson must be learned here:

Nothing fruitful ever comes from acting out of guilt...no matter your hue.

2nd Amendment Debate: Rights vs. Creeping T

Our Founders were perspicacious men. What they established 237 years ago has brought peace and freedom to millions, to the chagrin of Tyrants, Ruling Class wannabes and their ilk of every stripe.

These prescient designers based the founding of the world's greatest experiment upon immutable principles...not amorphous ideas that change with the shifting winds of man's whimsy. These precepts, based upon inalienable rights, set the solid, unshakeable foundation that has served our republic well for more than 2 centuries. This is not to say that these principles have not been challenged...they have...and have stood the test of time and nimrods, since our inception.

The difference between those challenges and today's is the people. Today they bully their way to grab the narrative...and pretend to use facts, but rather use half truths or lies cloaked as truth, in order to reason with the citizenry. 

Clearly, if you've ever encountered those on the wrong side of this debate (and the wrong side is that which is against the Constitution), you'll find that not everyone in the anti-gun movement realizes that creeping tyranny (Creeping T) is the impetus behind their view...but it is indeed the big money Marxists, like Soros and his ilk, that are masquerading as the civilized, concerned community.

Those of us who love our Constitution, would be glad to debate opponents of the 2nd Amendment. But there's a problem: We come to the contest ready to lay out our arguments, with empirical evidence. They, on the other hand, are unable to come with integrity...because they refuse to reveal their true agenda: To ban all guns. Period. So they often bring intimidation via slander to the table...

And, as Socrates once said, "When the debate is lost, slander is the tool of the loser."

I'm simply going to deal with the most misused and abused clause, by those afflicted by Hoplophobia (the morbid, irrational fear of guns): Militia.

Here is the Second Amendment of our Bill of Rights:

"A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed."

But it was NOT left to interpretation by those who live in a Silly Putty nebulous world...

Many in the anti-gun movement interpret "Militia" to mean the military or national guard. EAAAAAAAHHHH!!! (Buzzer sound) I'm sorry, that answer is incorrect. 

According to the Federalist Papers, written by John Jay, James Madison and Alexander Hamilton...what the Founding Fathers (authors of the 2nd Amendment) considered a "Militia" to be was "All able bodied men" not a government power or agency. 

Not a good enough answer for the 'only Cops and the Military should have guns' crowd? 

Okee Dokee...how about another brainiac by the name of St. George Tucker, a lawyer, Revolutionary War militia officer, legal scholar, and later a U.S. District Court judge (appointed by James Madison in 1813), who wrote of the Second Amendment in his popular edition of Blackstone's Commentaries of the Laws of England (with Notes of Reference to The Constitution and Laws of the Federal Government of the United States and of the Commonwealth of Virginia [1803]):

"The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, and this without any qualification as to their condition or degree, as is the case in the British government."

And in the Appendix: 

"This may be considered as the true palladium of liberty... The right of self-defense is the first law of nature; in most governments it has been the study of rulers to confine this right within the narrowest limits possible. Whenever standing armies are kept up, and the right of the people to keep and bear arms is, under any color or pretext whatsoever, prohibited, liberty, if not already annihilated, is on the brink of destruction. In England, the people have been disarmed, generally, under the specious pretext of preserving the game: a never failing lure to bring over the landed aristocracy to support any measure, under that mask, though calculated for very different purposes. True it is, their bill of rights seems at first view to counteract this policy: but the right of bearing arms is confined to protestants, and the words suitable to their condition and degree, have been interpreted to authorise the prohibition of keeping a gun or other engine for the destruction of game, to any farmer, or inferior tradesman, or other person not qualified to kill game. So that not one man in five hundred can keep a gun in his house without being subject to a penalty."

(Did you catch the part the earth-embracers should love: "The right of self-defense is the first law of nature." That's pretty organic...) 

Tucker's evidence is unequivocal: The 'militia' clause was NOT intended to restrict the right to keep arms to active militia members, but he speaks of a broader right: The right to self-defense.

The facts, ad nauseum (but apparently not enough to penetrate the heads of Hoplophobics), have been presented by far greater people than I...but the point is clear for those who are mentally capable of comprehension:

Concerning the 2nd Amendment, the Founders and I agree: This is MY right to stop Creeping T.

Dictionary.com defines an Anti-Semite as a person who discriminates against or is prejudiced or hostile toward Jews. Throughout history, those who have disdained the Jewish people, have always found ways to express their hate using terminology that is ambiguous enough to cover their true feelings of hate, and yet express that emotion to their fellow fiends.

Chuck Hagel is an artist in this medium...

Terms/phrases like "the Jews", "The Jewish Lobby", to name a few...seem to roll off Hagel's forked tongue. His dismissive attitude toward the Jewish community while Senator in Nebraska is duly noted by the Jewish Community in the state. But here are a few more bits of evidence that undergirds Hagel's disdain:

• Hagel, who served as president and CEO of the World USO from 1987 to 1990, expressed intense opposition to the USO Haifa Center during a tumultuous 1989 meeting with Jewish leaders, according to multiple sources involved in the fight to keep the post open. “He said to me, ‘Let the Jews pay for it’,” said Marsha Halteman, director for military and law enforcement programs at the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs (JINSA).

• In 2006, CAIR wrote in praise of Hagel: "Potential presidential candidates for 2008, like Hillary Clinton, John McCain, Joe Biden and Newt Gingrich, were falling all over themselves to express their support for Israel. The only exception to that rule was Senator Chuck Hagel …" [Council on American-Islamic Relations, 8/28/06]

• In 2007, the NJDC (National Jewish Democratic Council) questioned Hagel's then bid for the White House by citing the following: 

  • In October 2000, Hagel was one of only 4 Senators who refused to sign a Senate letter in support of Israel.

  • In November 2001, Hagel was one of only 11 Senators who refused to sign a letter urging President Bush not to meet with the late Yassir Arafat until his forces ended the violence against Israel.

  • National Review wrote about Hagel's stance on Israel in 2002: "There's nothing Hagel likes less than talking about right and wrong in the context of foreign policy. Pro-Israeli groups view him almost uniformly as a problem. "He doesn't always cast bad votes, but he always says the wrong thing, "comments an Israel supporter who watches Congress. An April speech is a case in point. "We will need a wider lens to grasp the complex nature and consequences of terrorism," said Hagel. He went on to cite a few examples of terrorism: FARC in Colombia, Abu Sayyaf in the Philippines, and the Palestinian suicide bombers. Then he continued, "Arabs and Palestinians view the civilian casualties resulting from Israeli military occupation as terrorism." He didn't exactly say he shares this view — but he also failed to reject it." 

  • In June 2004, Hagel refused to sign a letter urging President Bush to highlight Iran’s nuclear program at the G-8 summit.

  • In December 2005, Hagel was one of only 27 who refused to sign a letter to President Bush to pressure the Palestinian Authority to ban terrorist groups from participating in Palestinian legislative elections. 

  • In August 2006, Hagel was one of only 12 Senators who refused to write the EU asking them to declare Hezbollah a terrorist organization.

Now, Hagel is either ostensibly a moron, since he appears to be so misunderstood in his communications concerning Jews...which is impossible since he heroically rose to the rank of Sergeant in the US Army during the Vietnam War. Or he is a furtive Jew-hater reminiscent of some of his ancestors in Germany, who already held his dismissive disdain for the Jews which allowed for the rise of Hitler to power...and the eradication of 6 million Jews from the earth.

Either way...he is too troubling to be leading the Pentagon. Service in our Armed Forces does not automatically qualify one for the political appointment of Secretary of Defense. As a supporter of our Military, I say there are many veterans who are brilliant leaders and patriots. But one who can serve under a President with Obama's abhorrence for our Military and his long-held disdain for the Jewish people (J Street doesn't count), should not be honored with such a position.

Our Military, and our country, deserves better.

Hamas: How Cowards Fight

The dictionary defines 'coward' as a person who lacks courage in facing danger, difficulty, opposition or pain. Sadly, in our culture today, we have too many examples of this term. But there are clearly two levels of cowards: One stays away from confrontation altogether...never joining the fight. The other targets the innocent, from behind the innocent.

The later describes Hamas, the majority party of the Palestinian Authority (PA): The government chosen by the 'palestinian' people.

The coward has many tools...but here are three in Hamas' stash:

1. Terrorism is the tool of cowards. It is utilized by weenie males who are afraid to meet real men on the battlefield. This is one of the weapons in Hamas' arsenal. They perpetrate homicide bombings, targeting innocent Israeli men, women and children in order to kill or wound some...and inflict fear upon the remainder of the Jewish population.

2. Human-shields is another tool of the coward. Hamas fire rockets from within densely populated areas (like schoolyards, neighborhoods and hospitals) of the Gaza Strip, provoking Israel to target the launchers. But as soon as the terrorists launch the rockets, they run for cover into underground bunkers, leaving innocent 'palestinian' civilians vulnerable. Their hopes are that Israel will accidentally kill these innocents so they can claim that Israelis target civilians.

3. A liberal, Jew-hating Media is a tool of the coward. Every time Hamas (or their ilk) carries out a terrorist attack on innocent Israelis, the media is silent. But as soon as the IDF (Israeli Defense Forces) defends its people by trying to target the perpetrators, the media suddenly finds its cameras and reports it to a low-info world...that is already tainted with an anti-Semitic mindset. The fact that Israel was attacked by Hamas gets OOPSIE lost in their news stories and it appears that Israel is the perp.

Gandhi once said, "A coward is incapable of exhibiting love; it is the prerogative of the brave."

If the world is looking for Hamas, and the people who put them in power, to ever be loving neighbors to Israel...don't look in Gaza: You'll be gravely disappointed.

The beauty of the world's greatest experiment is the freedom based upon inalienable rights...given by the Creator, not the State, which makes them so. Among those being freedom of speech. But even in this great freedom, there are limitations. You can't yell fire in a crowded theater, for one.

But what is too often overlooked is the fact that with freedom comes responsibility. The responsibility to know when something is legal and when it's ethical...and the wisdom to know the difference.

Sadly, many in the arts (and as a performing artist and as a former illustrator, I know)...there is a tendency to abuse this form of expression by avoiding responsibility for behavior.

Case in point...a controversial Italian artist's new exhibit has a statue depicting Hitler kneeling in prayer placed at the center of what was the  largest Jewish ghetto in Nazi-controlled Europe. The artwork by Italian artist Maurizio Cattelan is titled 'Him'.

The Simon Wiesenthal Center's Israel director, Efraim Zuroff, called it "a senseless provocation which insults the memory of the Nazis' Jewish victims". He continued, "As far as the Jews were concerned, Hitler's only 'prayer' was that they be wiped off the face of the earth."

I concur with Mr. Zuroff.  And I believe it's beyond cruel and inhumane.

Portraying the leader of the barbaric, anti-Semitic Germanic movement...who exterminated 6 million Jews (and 5 million non-Jews)...kneeling in prayer, is disparaging enough. But to place this villain right in the middle of what was once a Jewish ghetto from which many Jews were transported to death camps, crosses the line between expression and intent to inflict injury. To depict this maniacal monster as a saintly, merciful and humble being is to spit upon the graves of those he exterminated...and to mock those who barely survived the Shoah.

This behavior is not freedom of expression but rather utilizing the rich communication of art as a weapon to diss the dead and eviscerate the hearts and minds of the wounded...victimizing them yet again.

We are not islands unto ourselves. What we do and say does indeed affect others. And where most things are legal...they are not necessarily ethical, compassionate, humane or responsible. 

Mark Twain once said:

"It is curious - curious that physical courage should be so common in the world, and moral courage so rare."

It's sad that Mr. Cattelan could utilize his God-given gifts to communicate...yet failed to have the courage to do what was morally right...and responsible.

An artist journeys deep within to touch the souls of his viewers/audience. One might reasonably assume Mr. Cattelan was actually sharing his own inner affection for a fiend and his Final Solution. Because to conclude otherwise...would be irresponsible.
