Reacting To The Reactor
April 28, 2008
Last week, Director General of the IAEA, Mohamed ElBaradei, decided to play a mother figure with the US and Israel by scolding both for their part in the stealth bombing of the N. Korean-built Syrian nuclear reactor seven months ago.
I guess it hurts to be left out of the loop...wah, wah wah...
ElBaradei reproached the US for not giving his organization intelligence information sooner than April 24th when the White House broke its silence on the issue. And chastised Israel for bombing the nuclear site (I guess without their permission).
Gosh, if countries begin to take responsibility for their actions and exercise sovereignty, there won't be any reason the the IAEA to exist!
Oh joy, oh bliss!
So these self-important clowns would have rather announced to the world (and the Syrians) that they were going to investigate the intel about the existence of a reactor and then they would do what, if they found it? Scolded them? Ask if the reactor would be used for energy? Or scare them into doing what Iran is doing...continuing to build nuclear weapons?
What the US and Israel accomplished with the Syrian nuclear reactor incident (and the intel) was correct. Waiting for those who are not exactly your fans (UN) to act on your behalf is not wise. And all free people should be grateful for their courage.
So, rather than scold the heroes, perhaps ElBaradei should be warning Ahmadinejad, "Watch out, you're next!"
Shalom!

Acknowledging The Brethren
April 25, 2008
A 2 1/2 year battle ended April 16th when the Israeli Supreme Court ruled that Messianic Jews have the same rights regarding automatic citizenship as Jews who do not believe in Jesus as the Messiah.
Mazel Tov, brethren!
The ruling stated that Messianics should receive the same treatment under the Israeli law of return, which declares that anyone who is born Jewish can immigrate from anywhere in the world to Israel and be granted citizenship automatically.
There has been, for years, discrimination toward Jews who came to believe in Jesus as Messiah and, according to Prof. Jim Sibley of Criswell College in Dallas (a former missionary to Israel), Jewish believers had been barred from the law of return by earlier court rulings, in particular a ruling in the 1980s declaring that if a Jew believed in Jesus as the Messiah, he was not to be considered Jewish.
Traditional Jews should not fear Messianic believers. Why? Because Jewish believers in Jesus affirm their Jewishness, and are indeed adamant about it.
Speaking as a Messianic believer myself, it's a great day in Israel. For Jews who accepted the Jewish Messiah...are finally accepted themselves!
Shalom!

Exposing The Truth- Squashers
April 21, 2008
There are two powerful films out right now...one is being released as an Independent film and the other is being released in theaters nationwide. And they are both truly telling...
There's an epidemic of truth-squashing running rampant in the halls of intelligentsia and academia throughout America...and few are confronting it. And those brave enough to exercise their free speech rights are punished with suspensions, expulsions and litigations. And these revealing facts were exposed in "Indoctrinate U," an Independent Film making its way across US college campuses (and made its NYC premiere April 14th). Simply and brilliantly executed by Evan Coyne Maloney, a New York City-based software developer turned filmmaker. Maloney revealed that the things we usually associate with the worst excesses of fascism and communism--censorship, speech codes, enforced political conformity, hostility to diversity of opinion and sensitivity training--are now being found in the halls of higher education. Institutional intolerance so startling it will take your breath away.
Maloney says:
"When we think of going to college, we think of intellectual freedom. We imagine four years of exploring ideas through energetic, ongoing, critical thinking and debate...but the reality is very far from the ideal. What most of us don't know is that American college students check their First Amendment rights and individual freedom at the door."
But the cancer of intolerance to free speech and thought does not stop at the campus periphery...
In the vestibules of the scientific world, the muzzle is being forcibly applied to some of the most brilliant and gifted who support Intelligent Design, such as Guillermo Gonzales, Richard Sternberg and Dr. Caroline Crocker. Just released in theaters nationwide is Ben Stein's "Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed." Some of the key reprobates: Richard Dawkins, Eugenie Scott, Christopher Hitchens and Sam Harris...all guilty of intolerance. And Ben takes the audience around the world to expose how the above mentioned, and their ilk, are busy stomping on the neck of opposing viewpoints, to the detriment of mankind. All reaching back to Darwin and his pernicious ponderings.
Ben Says:
"Now, a few scientists are questioning Darwinism on many fronts. I wonder how long Darwinism’s life span will be. Marxism, another theory which, in true Victorian style, sought to explain everything, is dead everywhere but on university campuses and in the minds of psychotic dictators. Maybe Darwinism will be different. Maybe it will last. But it’s difficult to believe it will. Theories that presume to explain everything without much evidence rarely do."
Want
the wake-up call of your life? These two films will do the job. Don't let
this moment in time escape you...if not for the love of truth, then for the
love of liberty.

Obama Might Get My Vote
April 18, 2008
Apparently, from his comments last week, B. Hussein Obama's kind of 'personal faith' is far above those of the middle class. His exact words:
"...they (middle class) cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren’t like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations."
So, among his other bigoted comments, the middle class (which Obama loathes) isn't capable of having the same kind of 'faith' experience he had. In order for them to connect with G-d, it must be out of desperation and bitterness. For the moujik, in their ignorance, could never comprehend the depth of understanding necessary to have a personal relationship with anything but a shotgun and some chewing tobacco!
Well, golly! The audacity of impudence!
This condescending putz isn't qualified to be dog catcher...because even a dog catcher has more grace than this empty, arrogant suit.
I think Obama needs to get past his judgmental, bigoted view of those that have made America great enough for him to benefit from it.
And then maybe, just maybe, he'll get my vote...for dog catcher.

Carter: How Much Hate Can One Man Want?
April 17, 2008
As I've stated in the past, I guess having the most disastrous presidency in the history of America wasn't enough for former President Jimmy Carter...he wants to leave this earth with us loathing the very thought of him...and now it appears he just might have accomplished his mission...
The 84 year old goober farmer who once called terrorist Yasser Arafat a "peace fighter," a "dear friend" and was quoted as calling the grandfather of terrorism a "partner in representing the question of justice in the world," made a beeline to the gravesite of the late (thank G-d) 'palestinian' leader, to lay a wreath.
I guess it was simpler that visiting the resting places of all those innocents Arafat murdered, and spitting on them.
But that wasn't disdain-provoking enough behavior for this 'nut' meister...he just had to attend a reception with Nasser Shaer, a senior Hamas leader. And although the reception was not open to the media, Hamas members reported that Carter hugged Shaer and kissed him on each cheek, the traditional greeting for good friends. (It's important to note here that most U.S. diplomats avoid kissing 'palestinian' representatives.)
Remember that Hamas is an organization on the US list of foreign terrorist groups, and has been responsible for the murder of almost 400 innocent Israelis and seriously wounding well over 2,000 Israeli civilians and soldiers.
You know what? Why doesn't Carter just wear a 'hate me' sign on his back (or better yet over his face)...it would save us all time.
Let's just relegate this anti-Semite to the bottom of the refuse barrel where the other crud congregates. We have enough terrorists in the world today...we don't need a Jew-hating, faux diplomat masquerading as an American 'man of peace' making kissy-face with our enemies, on our behalf.
Did he get you to hate him? Mission accomplished.

Who Are The True Refugees?
April 14, 2008
For 60 years now, the so-called 'palestinian' refugee problem has been used by the PA, and its ilk, as a bargaining chip in the peace process. But who were the true refugees?
The 'palestinians' who fled Israel between November 1947 and December 1948 did so at the direction of the surrounding Arab community. They were not driven out by the Jewish people.
On the other hand, the true refugees were the Jews who were forced out of Middle Eastern and North African countries. A number 50% higher than the 'palestinians' who fled Israel of their own free will.
The ejection of the Jews from Arab/Muslim states was completely spiteful. Assaults on Jews and their belongings in these Arab countries increased in the 1920s with the possible establishment of a Jewish State. The murders and property losses augmented in the 1930-1945 period was in part due to Nazi propaganda and the Nazi/Vichy occupation of North Africa.
The 'palestinian' refugee problem was an invented one and the Arab world has kept the lie alive in order to fight Israel and the Jewish people. While the true refugees (Jews) have made their way, by G-d's grace, wherever they landed following the Arab expulsion.
Isn't it about time we identify who the exiles really are? Or is the truth just too unproductive for those who profit from paltering?
Shalom.

Still Honoring Killers
April 10, 2008
Civilized society finds it appalling to bring any form of honor to one who murders innocents. But, despite the view of some in our government concerning the values of the 'palestinians'...they are at odds with the values of the West because: They honor killers!
On
Aug. 9, 2001, a suicide terrorist stepped into the Sbarro pizza
restaurant in the center of Jerusalem and detonated his bomb. He killed
15 people, including 7 children. Five members of the same family
were slain. The woman who helped plan the attack and drove the
terrorist, a student named Ahlam Tamimi, was given 16 life sentences in Israel. While in prison, she was allowed to marry a
male terrorist murderer, her cousin Nizar Tamimi.
And so the Palestinian
Authority (PA) media continues its status quo of honoring past and present
terrorists. The
'Palestinian' daily Al Quds couldn't resist and published an interview
with the 'Palestinian' poet, Mutawakil Taha, author of a book honoring
the terrorist couple. Taha described the fiendish duo as "the two
great heroic prisoners Nizar Tamimi and Ahlam Tamimi."
With this knowledge, perhaps Sec. Rice should reconsider her view that peace is about more concessions from Israel, and it is instead about the vile mindset that has infected the hearts and minds of the 'palestinian' people (with the PA's help).
The answer lies not in what Israel is willing to give away. The answer lies in the fact that the 'palestinians' are: Still honoring killers.
Shalom.

Mourning An American Icon
April 9, 2008
On Saturday, April 5, 2008, America lost a precious icon: Charlton Heston.
A brilliant, Oscar-winning actor who portrayed epic characters from the annals of time. Among those he portrayed were Judah BEN-HUR from the Christian epic "BEN-HUR: A Tale of The Christ" and historical figures including Moses in "The Ten Commandments," John the Baptist in "The Greatest Story Ever Told," and Michelangelo in "The Agony and the Ecstasy." He also was a star of stage and the small screen, as well as narrator for numerous animated and documentary features.
But he was much more than a brilliant actor:
He proudly enlisted and served his country as a Sargent in the US Army Air Corp in WWII.
He was an articulate and cogent conservative political activist that challenged and changed hearts and minds on many levels.
And he was a faithful and loving husband to his wife Lydia for 64 years.
In his autobiography, "In the Arena," Mr. Heston wrote concerning his disgust of a culture war being run by a cohort of media, educators, entertainers, and politicians opposed to:
"...the God fearing, law-abiding, Caucasian, middle- class Protestant-or even worse, evangelical Christian, Midwestern or Southern- or even worse, rural, apparently straight-or even worse, admitted heterosexuals, gun-owning-or even worse, NRA-card-carrying, average working stiff-or even worse, male working stiff-because, not only don’t you count, you are a down-right obstacle to social progress. Your voice deserves a lower decibel level, your opinion is less enlightened, your media access is insignificant, and frankly, mister, you need to wake up, wise up, and learn a little something from your new-America and until you do, would you mind shutting up?"
In his Harvard Law School address, "Winning The Culture War," Mr. Heston said:
"If Americans believed in political correctness, we'd still be King George's boys - subjects bound to the British crown...The Constitution was handed down to guide us by a bunch of wise old dead white guys who invented our country! Now some flinch when I say that. Why! Its true-they were white guys! So were most of the guys that died in Lincoln’s name opposing slavery in the 1860s. So why should I be ashamed of white guys? Why is “Hispanic Pride” or “Black Pride” a good thing, while “White Pride” conjures shaven heads and white hoods? Why was the Million Man March on Washington celebrated by many as progress, while the Promise Keepers March on Washington was greeted with suspicion and ridicule? I’ll tell you why, Cultural warfare!"
And he later stated, "Political correctness is tyranny with manners."
We couldn't have said it better.
Charlton, we will truly miss you. And though the spotlight may be dimmed at present...we'll surely see you in glory.

Is A Three-Front War Inevitable?
April 7, 2008
The newly established Israeli National Emergency Authority, or "Rachael", and the IDF Home Front Command have launched a comprehensive national training exercise which began to take place across the country Sunday, April 6.
According to Arutz Sheva, Israelis awoke to radio broadcasters describing this theoretical situation:
It is the fourth day of the war. Israel is under missile attack from the Hizbullah in Lebanon and from Syria. Kassam rockets and Grad-type Katyusha missiles are being launched at Netivot and Ashkelon from Gaza.
But is this an inevitability? Well, with the pressure of the US upon weak Israeli politicians who desire to give up the kitchen sink for peace, a world press that is on the Jewish State like white on rice when it defends itself, and the lack of response allowed by the IDF to the daily rocket attacks upon Sderot...it sure is.
The problem is the hint of weakness to the Muslim mind. Compromise and appeasement are seen as a prime opportunity to conquer the enemy (Israel). Surely the current Israeli government knows this but is willingly ignoring this dangerous reality.
The new drills are imperative, but does the Israeli public realize how very possible this scenario is?
I pray so...Shalom.

Dutch PM Is Deadly Foolish
April 3, 2008
It's a sad day when a country who says they value freedom, would cower in fear of the enemies of freedom.
This past week, Dutch Freedom Party leader Geert Wilders released the trailer of his upcoming film, "Fitna" (strife), which courageously, and rightfully, tells the truth about the one book that is responsible for the terror that has plagued freedom-loving nations: The Quran.
So you'd think that lovers of liberty would rejoice, right? Think again...
The Dutch Prime Minister, Jan-Peter Balkenende, "stressed repeatedly and with irritation that Wilders and no one else was responsible for any violence that might break out after his film's release." How convoluted is that? The intolerant, perpetrators of the violence (Muslims) are innocent and the presenters of truth are guilty?
And if that's not puzzling enough, according to Der Spiegel (German publication), he met with Iran's foreign minister, who counseled him to use an article from the 1948 Declaration of Human Rights to prevent the showing of the film.
Is the PM unaware of history? What happens when a nation attempts to appease a tyrannical element (can anyone say Chamberlain, Hitler and WWII?).
Sadly, the PM is in lockstep with a Dutch court, which is currently considering a petition by the Dutch Islamic Federation seeking a review of whether Dutch Freedom Party leader Geert Wilders' video violates Dutch hate-speech laws.
Freedom lovers need to be on this like white on rice. The Dutch PM is making a foolish, or I dare say, deadly mistake. He would better serve his nation by taking a look at "Fitna" and evaluate the content against reality. If approached equitably, the PM will find Geert simply revealed the truth. And the PM needs to consider that this was done by one of his native-born, patriotic citizens...not by a member of a culture who disdains women, freedom and 'infidels'.
For freedoms sake...it's time to pray for the Netherlands.

Want Peace? Start By Censoring It
April 2, 2008
One of the most amazing things about our government (and the State Dept. in particular) is the severe aversion they have to the facts on the ground concerning peace in the Mideast.
This week, Sec. of State Rice said she was pleased with further concessions Israel has made to the 'peace' process. (Forget the fact that most of these will further endanger innocent Israelis.) She also said she would keep her eye on the Israelis to be sure they keep their word.
Say what?
Israel is the only party that keeps its word in this process (to its detriment). How about keeping an eye on the rockets lobbed unceasingly on innocents in Sderot? Didn't the PA 'promise' to stop the terror? Well duh, I think they haven't kept their word.
But OK, so our leaders ignore the rockets...but how about this week's TV faire on PA-controlled PA TV? Their interminable attack on the West continues, but now it gets more personal. According to PMW, a Hamas kid's TV program featured a child puppet stabbing to death a George Bush puppet. The Muslim child puppet confronts Bush on behalf of Muslim children worldwide and accuses the Bush puppet of worldwide mass killings. Despite the fact that the Bush puppet pleads for mercy, the child puppet declares that the White House has been turned into a mosque and then kills the Bush puppet. (Nice lesson for kids on showing mercy.)
Hello...this was another condition the PA promised to eliminate in the 'road map' to peace...is Sec. Rice 'keeping and eye on that'?
Sec. Rice...let's start with the gargantuan elephant in the middle of the room: PA TV's children's programming. If we don't start with the cessation of indoctrinating the kiddies with hateful Muslim crack, we are only ensuring Israel their neighbors who would rather knife them than know them.
Want peace? Start by censoring PA TV!
